Very good property, rooms are clean & neat, bathroom was clean and hygienic, room service is excellent, staff is polite and humble w- fi connectivity was good. Only concern i face that i have to start early morning at 7. 30am and there breakfast starts at 8. 00am, so i have to request for pre-pack breakfast which they kept ready in early morning, 2 veg sandwich and 1 banana.

Worst behaviour : we booked from 13th to 16th july, however, the manager or staff didn't inform us about the rally which make us to roam around for 7-8 hours. Manager towhomever we talking, was very rude, arrogant, not able to accept his mistake.

Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities.
Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it.
Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar.

The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

The room is slightly bigger, but the facilities are average. The food is OK, and the surrounding environment is also OK. The price is a bit high. If the price is the same, I would rather choose the one I stayed in before.

GGuest UserThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

GGuest UserVery clean property with good food options. Rooms are kept very thoughtfully for person with my kind of demands viz hangers, no. Of pillows, etc. However, when it comes to toiletries they just offer soap dispenser hence it's advisable to carry your basic toiletries as property doesn't offer soap separately.

GGuest UserHotel location i. Samarth nagar is okay. Few shops and accessories shops in the hotel vicinity. The hotel did not provide water and water kettle which was part of our booking as per mmt. After much discussion they provide daily water bottle. But hot water kettle they insisted that it is not part of the agreed ac deluxe room booking. We had to ask for replacement of daily used towels. The hotel has restaurant but that opens at 11 / 11. 30 am daily! the breakfast is provided from the floor pantry! there is no buffet breakfast at the hotel. The rooms are okay and cleaned daily, that is a plus point. Their restaurant serves only thali meals in-peak evening hours. It is quite near from railway station. Shops and amenities are near. Bus and rickshaws are available outside the hotel. For the amenities and room provided, it is expensive. There are cheaper better options available in 600 mtrs vicinity of the hotel.
