Room location was very nice and away from traffic. Room was clean, breakfast was tasty. Staff was supportive all round the clock. Stay was very comfortable and pleasant than our other experiences in the area. Only issue is limited parking space, but the staff helped to manage parking space.

The experience at Hotel Treebo Lalaji was not fair due to: 1).No maintenace of bathrooms - observed broken plastic mug, toilet seat cover is broken with stains, wash basin strainer broken. 2). No proper cleaning of bathroom floor and bed room floors before check-in . We noticed slippery bath room floor and sticky bedroom floor. 3).Some plug sockets are not working and kettle provided is too old. 4).No bath towels were provided isnpite of our several requests. 5).No hotwater is available in the evening time for bathing . 6). The restaurant is getting opened only by 7.45 am affecting the site visit schedule. 7). Only 1 passenger lift is available and found out of service on the second day of staying. 8).Behaviour of the counter staff is not so fair.

My perfectly wonderful sambhaji nagar trip was scarred by the harrowing experiance I had during checkout. The reception was so rude when i questioned them, incorrectly charging me for a water bottle. The person started citing hotel rules which clearly should have been explained prior. When I had spent so much at the property, didnt even say word about absence of wifi throughout my stay, a mere 50 rupee more wouldn't have been an issue. But the way I and my wife were spoken to regarding this, has left a bad taste regarding this property. Note. I wouldn't have taken the pain to write this review, if not the receptionist/cashier (I don't recall his name) had so boastfully said "jaha complain karna hai kardo'. Really guys? I am still giving 2 stars. Because the rest of the guys especially Mr.Raut were so well mannered and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. The hotel is near the railway station. It is a very nice hotel for family. The hotel has taxi service. The hotel room is nice and clean. Staff is very good.Food quality is good.Complementary breakfast is very delicious. The reception staff is very good. Ajanta Ellora provides information very well
