Firstly, the dining location n attention is top class. But, what mars the hotel's atmosphere are the people manning tourists from the front desk. We made arrangements for early breakfast plus coffee. A night before, the guy at the counter wrote down our requests n said no problem. Next morning, reaching the counter at 6am. No ready breakfast. We waited for atleast 20mins. From 3 people, only breakfast for 2 came. What left us fuming was phone calls coming on a couple of times asking if we had requested for room service after 10. 45pm! which we didn't. We had to pull out the connection wire. Same thing happened on the 2. 3. 25 sunday!
people at the counter have bland faces. No smile no good greetings gives an unfriendly vibe. No issue here. We came for ajanta n ellora caves. But, it would really be nice attitude for weary travellers. Thank you very much for space given to rant out. Hopefully, your hotel will be better in the near future. Otherwise, we loved the top roof top dining area. The boys were top notch with their service. Thank you.
