Very poor quality of the room. Cleanliness bad. They need reinnovation of the rooms. there should be real pics on the net because they didn't uploaded the real pics, so customer get confused and when they go to hotel the realise they were cheated .. Cheap hotel..... the experience was very horrible, the rooms were not clean and staff also behave rudely

Hotel kartiki is the best venu in aurangabad complimantory breckfast is too delicious sauth indian and indian also staff is very polite and give us a very best service we are very happy and satisfy about that thank you so much for giving as best hospitality

I found this stay location to make my trip side but the experience was very horrible, the rooms were not clean and staff also behave rudely

Very average sort of rooms. Due to uncleanliness in a room, i asked for another room which they eventually allotted me. The staff is lethargic; one must call the reception twice or sometimes even thrice for anything you need. The location of the hotel is good, centrally placed in the city.

Room service is very poor. Sanitation and cleaning is terrible. Restaurant service is not proper. It's requires proper response towards customer. toilet and bed sheet which was dirty.

Hotel is located at the heart of the city near central bus stand. Overall ambience and stay is ok, but food and service is pathetic. During breakfast it is chaotic and mess, didn't have much choice of food.

I have change the room as earliest booking of the room is very small and not very good to feel and vibrations. So i have chnage the room and paid extra amount to the hotel.

Hotel is easy to accessible and staff is very kind and location is perfect. You can take meal and park you vehicle also including car and rooms are found near and clean
