Very good, really artistic, very quiet, but the room on the first floor is hot in summer, there is no air conditioning but floor fans, the swimming pool is beautiful but not heated

Hotel not too big, very welcoming. The hotel staff (even if only present during the day) is very friendly and helpful. Very good and quite assorted buffet breakfast. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Some details of wear could be fixed simply with a coat of paint but the cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel has only 4 car parks available although there is where to park your car in the street.

We are quite unhappy with our stay. We had booked 2 rooms with swimming pool and the swimming pool is indeed closed on Sundays. We didn't have a reception, the keys were in a box. No explanation of how it works. We contacted booking who recognized an error in the description of the stay and they took action. The hotel showed little understanding Positive points: - the decoration - the breakfast - the size of the rooms - the quiet location Negative points: - the welcome - the hygiene (I will post photos on Tripadvisor if you want see) hairs on the walls, dust, sheets stains… As a result; not sure we will come back

Absolut unterirdisch und nicht zu empfehlen. Wir sind Nachmittags angereist und es war keim Mitarbeiter vor Ort, der Schlüssel befand sich in einer Schlüselbox an der Hauswand. Das Zimmer war in einem desaströsen Zustand - dreckig, verwohnt und hatte rein gar nichts mit den Zimmerbildern auf der Website zu tun. Das Bad war einfach nur ekelhaft - Schimmel in der Dusche, dreckiger Duschkopf, kaputte Amatur und die Wandheizung komplett dreckig und verstaubt. Im Zimmer selbst gab es Spinnweben an den Lampen und die Wand oberhalb des Fensters war entweder ramponiert oder schimmelig - wir sind uns nicht ganz sicher. Die Matratzen waren so durchgelegen, da hätte man in der Früh einen Chiropraktiker gebraucht. Ein Zimmertausch ging nicht, es war ja kein Personal vor Ort! Haben dann bei der im Zimmer als Info für Notfälle ausgelegten Telefonnummer des Partnerhotels angerufen - leider ohne Ergebnis, denn da kam man bei einem Call-Center raus. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sein Geld nicht wert, auch im Poolbereich und im Fitness-Center darf man nicht genau hinschauen. Wir haben sofort wieder ausgecheckt und sind in ein anderes Hotel. Wir wollten keine Nacht in einem, wahrscheinlich seit Monaten, nicht richtig geputzten Zimmer verbringen. Es war einfach nur ekelhaft.
