The location is good as we watched a cocert in the nearby hotel.. Staff are friendly.. Admired the cleanliness despite the facility being outdated. The room is comfy. The only letdown is the breakfast hot food that lacks fllavour. However, the restaurant staff are friendly. If I may mention that the parking entrance is very tight and took longer to allow the car entry. Generally, it was a good stay.

Lovely stay at this hotel. It is located right in CBD and easy to get to many interesting places. The room is also nice and spacious.

I had king size bed room by myself, the room very clean and the service very nice also helped me to print out my documents. Plus have nice breakfast. The location was very convenient next city tower and close to most of the restaurants and shopping centers.
Just 10 minutes I walked to the cruise. It was really great! I will order again next time!

Check in took too long
In all my years of business travel 1st time was 1982 it is the 1st time I have had a room with no windows.

Very convenient location, supermarket 2mins walking , 6mins walking to queen street, Sky tower 5mins .. city construction around, look messy, but hotel room is comfortable , hotel facilities all good . No

＞ Clean and fresh bed sheets and towels
＞ Short but slighly hilly walking distance to SkyTower
＞ Short walk behind Sky Tower Busses to and from Airport
＞ Short walk to Queen Street
＞ Attentive and helpful desk staff
＞ Attentive helpful house keeping staff when asked for help
＞ Can leave you luggage behind reception after check-out
＞ Buffet breakfast availibility
Cons
＞ Tiny, unclean and untidy gym and you need to request another swipe card for access.
＞ Breakfast variety more to the eggy-meaty-oily fried side but no vegan option could at least have some fresh fruits. Fruit option is canned ones
＞ No house keeping while in the room untill you leave
＞ Some douf douf music can be heard till late night
＞ Safe box not functioning in the allocated room
＞ Mini fridge temperarure could not be adjusted. It froze all my items. Reception staff kindly allowed my items to be put at reception fridge which is nice but inconvenient.
