不推薦入住 雖是五星級酒店 但是設計很一般 酒店確實不大 以為內部設施會精細一些 但是並沒有 衞生 設施都像四星級的
最讓人噁心的是 check in遇到一個印度裔
到的時候沒有人在 我上樓找 看到有人在小房間聊天（他就在裡頭）他竟然一句話都沒問 我以為他們都是住客
過了半小時才下來 我問他是不是就在樓上
他説是 我説我上去了沒看到嗎 他撒謊説沒看到
我非常生氣 説你就是看到了 他又變説法説不知道我是住客 我説要投訴 他竟然説自己就是manager 還是這家酒店老闆
我已經氣無語了
第二天看到其他員工 問了 確認他完完全全撒謊精
取行李的時候 他們給了送了小禮物裏面放了小卡片 讓我跟經理投訴 寫了估計上千字的的投訴信
但是他們不會辭退那個sb-叫sam 因為他有NZ身份 算local 衹能等他自己提離職
簡直離譜
酒店早餐不錯 送到房間來 如果想拍拍早餐是可以體驗一下
但是服務 我完全沒體驗到

This is a really interesting hotel - from the outside it looks like you are staying in a beautifully restored quaint local home with a gorgeous frontage. When you walk inside you realize it has been gloriously renovated - in a much more modern vibe. The art is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the tiny library (with your complimentary wine) is so relaxing. We felt very at home and the staff were exceptional. Oh and breakfast was delicious on the porch.

This boutique hotel is sublime. Happy hour every evening, delicious breakfast brought to you. Bathroom has a heated floor & heated towel rack. Good shower. Nespresso & kettle in room. Fridge in room. Comfy bed, helpful staff. Easy walk to Ponsonby St where there's a myriad of shops and cafes! Grocery store is an easy walk too. We hope to be back someday!

Room was small but outstanding. Happy hour (wine and canapes) was top notch. Street parking only which isn't great but being so close to Ponsenby, it's understandable. Will definitely come back.

Hotel Fitzroy is an AMAZING villa in the Ponsonby/Grey Lynn area. Unbelievable customer service, very generous happy hour and breakfast, great library, lounge and porches. Very modern top rate architecture and furnishings. Super friendly vibes and 5 star all the way.
