Always love staying at Sylvia park motel. Convenient to everywhere I need to go. Facilities are great too

My friends and I were very impressed by the service at this motel. We had requested an early check-in due to the morning arrival of our friend's flight. The motel granted this request, and our room was ready upon our arrival just before noon. Much appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. We were also appreciative that the kitchen part had a cook top for reheating our precooked meals we brought with us. A very relaxing and pleasant stay.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was so clean and comfortable, with everything we could want, lovely convenient parking next to the unit, nice little porch with a seat outside the room if you wanted to sit. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a heat pump to keep the room toasty and warm. Very large TV, a small dinning table and chairs for 2 people, microwave, toaster, tea making utensils and cooktop. The bath room was wonderful and clean, with lovely complimentary soap and shower gels, the towels were soft, and the shower pressure was relaxing. The staff were so helpful and friendly, very efficient cleaning services to replenish room supplies and the laundry was so clean and free to use, including laundry soap. Really handy location to Ellerslie, Mt Wellington, Panmure and Sylvia park

Clean and tidy, easy check-in with very friendly staff. All the facilities I'd expect for the price. Happy to go back if the opportunity arises.

Great stay Good location close to motorway, shops and to family. Rooms are spacious and clean. Allocated parking spots for each room is very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

A few maintenance issues, holes in walls filled but not painted. Paint peeling off ceiling, joins from carpet to lino lifted and sealant. No milk (just powdered milk) no herbal teas. Small rooms with no sound proofing - could hear neighbours conversation late into the night. Friendly staff - clean but dated.
