The hotel has only a few rooms, which are small and have small bathrooms. They are clean and have all the basic facilities. Except for check-in, you don't see the staff at ordinary times. When checking in, they are quite enthusiastic and give detailed instructions. The location is good, on the way into the city and to the airport, it is convenient for eating and shopping.

The hotel is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable. It is a bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with the City but we got there in the end. There is adequate car parking available. It is within walking distance of Dominion Road which is full of eateries and lots of ethnic restaurants. It is right across the road from the stadium but there was nothing on when we stayed here so it was very quiet. This is a very economical place to stay in Auckland.

Fantastic. We showed up at short notice, quite late, and received a very friendly welcome. After having a stressful experience at the venue we were supposed to be staying, it was lovely to be welcomed in to a clean, prepared, welcoming space. Clean room, great location, handy parking options lovely staff.

I stayed here for three weeks of my month's trip. That must tell you something! The owner and manager, Ichiro Iwasaki were amazing,friendly,polite, and helpful Clean, warm and secure. It's a Motel. 25 metres from metro and buses 🚌. 25 metres from Eden Park. Close to eating facilities in Kingsland. No food catering but fridge,crockery, kettle for your personal use, etc (tea/coffee/chocolate sachets provided) I will return as I was pleased with it overall 😊.
