3rd time staying here, and we loved it. Location was good and we like how safe and affordable the parking was !

First time here. Location was good peaceful and place was very clean. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location for what we needed to do during our stay. It’s worth paying extra for a car park as it was convenient and to get to and from our room to our car. Good for families with a washing machine and dryer so you don’t have to wait to return home to do a big load of washing. We would definitely here again with our family or just ourselves.

Very nice stay

The front desk staff is very friendly. There was a detailed explanation of the hotel and a natural sense of consideration. The hotel was well maintained and the bedding was comfortable.

Went to play in a nearby park, the price/performance ratio is pretty good

Booked this spot bc I had an early AM flight out of AKL the next day, and I got way more than expected. The rooms are truly apartments. My room had a washer AND a dryer, which was worth the money alone, as I was able to do all my laundry before flying out. Front desk was super helpful too.

Great location, just across a shopping mall and less than 5- minute walk to bus and train station. Room is clean and comfortable, and with full kitchen and bathroom facilities (oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine…) Not new or newly renovated, but functional.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Right location of room. So good that we booked again in April.

The toilet bowl has permanent brown stains on the bottom which was disgusting. A few mould stains around the skirting of the shower. Upon checking in the accommodation required a Bank Credit card (no debit or other credit card) to hold for any incidentals although they had already deducted the first nights accomodation from my debit card prior to me checking in that day which I found weird. The accommodation was ok, it had a balcony and was close to the Westfield Mall.

Booked 2 units for our family. Well equipped, great view from 11th floor.

Close to the mall and restaurants. The place itself has plenty of space for 3 people. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
