The staff could not have been more helpful! We were traveling for my birthday and were upgraded to a harbour room and received a complimentary dessert. The room design was an amazing use of space.

Clean and comfortable stay! The room was spotless with a very comfy mattress – ticked all the boxes for a relaxing getaway. The staff went the extra mile with a thoughtful surprise for the birthday girl, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend

unable to get pick up or drop off location for major tours but still conveniently located with good size.
interestingly no bin bag for the one small sized bin in the washroom. not sure if it's part of the environmental policy

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great response to an inquiry we had re: checking in late in the evening. The room was well equipped and clean. We loved the novelty of having our room service delivered by a robot.

Awesome stay for my family and I in one of the quad rooms. While it was lerfect for one night, would recommend a unit with a kitchen for longer stays if travelling with small kids (to be able to clean baby bottles, etc.).
