The experience was mostly good... staff were quite helpful except for 1 thing.... (see below); place was well located, clean.. ambient temperature was good even though there was only 1 a/c unit.. maybe be different in high summer..
encountered 2 issues:-
1) The door to balance is left opened.... hotel would not provide a key to lock it... as no key is given out... the lock may be incorporated in the door handle when lifted.. appeared this particular door may not be installed properly..
2) Very strange - The receptionist refused to reserved a parking space for me for some reason... (under 3 separately occassion, day after check-in, day before needing to use and the actual morning of the day of use).. and when i drove the rental car to the hotel.. it was full as apparently; i did not book....

The hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly.
The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

Location was great. Service tidy. Accommodation self contained. No other hotel amenities.

The front desk service was very good and the coffee was delicious! The kitchen facilities in the room were very good, but the sofa in the living room was a little dirty. Everything else was good. The shower head in the bathroom was not very good, probably because it had not been descaled for a long time.

The room is very nice and the price is acceptable. I can bring my family to live in 3 bedrooms and sleep separately without disturbing each other. The view from the balcony is very good. The hotel has a parking lot (turn left at Wilson parking on the first floor). The parking fee is $40 per night, which is cheaper than other hotels in the same area.

The three-bedroom suite is very nice. It faces Victoria Park and has a great view. It also has a large terrace where you can dine while looking at the park. The room is still very new, and the Indian staff in the lobby are very friendly. I recommend everyone to choose this apartment hotel.

One thing to say, the space and location of the room and the service at the front desk are very good, but the hygiene is really terrible. There are stains on the chairs and sofas. The quilt cover is not fully covered, and there are large stains on the exposed core. It looked like blood stains and I didn’t want to open it a second time to take pictures. It was so disgusting.

A very new serviced apartment, right in the center of Auckland, within walking distance of the fish market, Queen St, and the Sky Tower. The breakfast provided by the hotel cannot be compared with that in China. There are only a few kinds of bread and juice.

The location is very good. It is within walking distance to the Sky Tower, Queen's Road and the harbor...the overall facilities are pretty good...the only drawback is that the hotel's service is average and the hotel's breakfast is really tasteless. You can count the varieties on one finger. , it’s better to just make some by yourself…

Super view room, very close to the city center. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Sky Tower. Breakfast is downstairs, and there is a parking lot nearby which is very convenient. Victoria Park is next to it.
