1/ location - right on the viaduct harbour
2/ room is spacious & with practical layout and furnishing
3/ nice to see beau the labrador, the ambassador of the hotel
4/ concierge staff mr kim was professional for addressing us
thumbs down:
1/ check in - checked in at about 3pm and waited for more than 40 minutes to have the room ready ... luggage wasn't even sent to the room and needed to wait for another 20 minutes
2/ housekeeping - an area needed big improvement ... it' was not up to park hyatt's standard ... missing replacing tea cups, wine glasses, body lotion, soap, slippers, water, and etc ... the floor was with dust after staying 9 nights ... soap dishes weren't cleaned everyday
3/ breakfast - so apparently short of staff and training ... there were times proper cutlery wasn't prepared when seated and needed to ask for it .. missing orders like cup of coffee and water
4/ guest services - please don't expect calls to be picked up timely

Beautiful hotel location, with great rooms overlooking the water. Fantastic Le Labo toiletries in the room, and a nice pool + spa. Hotel has a nice bar too. Could just do with some nicer design touches - the design feels a bit forgettable.

I like it very much. The view is first-class. The room layout is reasonable. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel overlooks the port and the Sky Tower. There is a Chinese front desk, which makes communication convenient. The lighting control in the room is very smart

The service attitude is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete!
