Probably the last time I’ll stay here. Communication wasn’t great, got charged full room amount for the bond and then when I went to check out, they said the room wasn’t prepaid which it was. Very stink and yeah dumb.

Room is not large. But service is good. Especially the Chinese receptionist with red hair, she offer a good service and good attitude.
I think I will comeback again with my last trip to Auckland.

Great service. I arrived on a late flight and the staff member checked me in quickly and asked if I'd like a late checking out which was thoughtful and appreciated give the late arrival. The room was nice, had a comfy bed and was quiet. Everything I was looking for.

The hotel I booked to be close to my friend's home is not in the city, far from the scenic spot, and inconvenient for public transportation. However, there is usually only one hotel in Auckland. The parking lot is large, but it is full at night and the space is tight.
Service: There will be a waiter knocking on the door violently in the early morning, and when I open the door, I will tell you that I knocked on the wrong door, which is a bit inexplicable. The lady at the front desk is very easy to talk to. Because of personal arrangements, I hope to postpone the check-out for 2 hours and she also agreed happily!
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is not bad. Although the room is close to the main road, the sound insulation effect is OK.
Facilities: The room is very small, and it is a bit difficult to open two boxes for two people in the room. The surroundings are relatively deserted, and there are no restaurants.
Overall, it is OK, and the price-performance ratio is average.
