We loved our stay in Mövenpick Auckland . I stayed with my family . The room is clean and spacious .The beds are soft and comfortable.Our room is on the 8th floor and the view facing the pier is spectacular. There was a rally at the square down below and we could barely hear it. No problem with soundproofing that we encountered. The bathroom is spotless and water pressure of the shower is lovely. Room service is prompt and the service was top notch. I would definitely stay there again. My kids aged 6 and 9 also had a wonderful time . The loved the chocolate hour and the ice cream . They always look forward going back to the hotel from a busy day out exploring Auckland.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is nearby to shopping and harbour. There are also a lot of good resturants and eateries within walking distance.
The room are clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast ia decent. Will definitely come back to this hotel if we are back in Auckland next time.

Clean and tidy. There is no toothbrush in the bathroom, so you’d better bring your own. Its location is very convenient since it is just near the ferry terminal. It’s only a few blocks away from Sky Tower, but there are many one-way roads nearby, so be cautious if you’re driving. The reception staff were nice. I used valet parking, and it cost $60. I think that’s expensive, but I couldn’t be bothered searching for public parking—which would have cost about $40—and then walking around with my suitcases. The view from the 12th floor was nice, and from the 8th floor, I enjoyed a partial view of the port. Overall, I'm happy staying at this hotel—it was a great choice to wrap up my NZ trip.

The location is good, easy to go everywhere. Children love tea time. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, it basically has everything you need. The view from the top floor is good. There was an unpleasant smell at the entrance to the lobby, but didn't smell it upstairs or in the room.

Lovely experience! Great customer service with prompt valet, decent breakfast selection, and clean rooms. Location very handy for walking around the CBD. Although our room was right by the elevators, we did not have any noise issues during our stay.

My husband and I stayed one night prior to flying home. It is a great location to food and sites. It was difficult to get to due to being downtown and not easy to turn around. Also parking/valet entrance isn’t clearly marked so it caused a lot of undue stress upon arrival. It would be nice if this information could be sent upon booking.
