Location convenient for food and attractions. There is a balcony whereby you can see a better view of the city.

I had a nice stay. The room is cosy, with great view from 14th floor, equipped with fridge, boiler, microwave and breakfast tools. It's a bit small and has little space to put or hang stuff. Location is very convenient in the heart of CBD, didn't hear any noise at night.

the place is located at the city center & 5 minutes away from britomart station. I was surprised with the balcony view of the auckland sky tower! room is clean & quiet.

Central in the city and everything you need is within a walking distance . The bathroom is small and outdated.

Card key entry system malfunctioned. I was stranded on the 18th floor and unable to operate the lift. Had to descend 18 floors via the fire escape.
In room TV was inoperable and the clumsy raised bathroom/toilet presented a trip hazard
Reception area coffee machine was inoperative.
Staff 'fixed' it but then best I could get from was a dribble of cold water onto a cheapo coffee sachet.
Parking 'available' was at a nearby Wilson's which supposedly had a $55 dollar per day maximum. In reality it cost way more despite needing to exit by a certain time and re-enter a few minutes later to get a discounted rate for another period.
Major construction work right next to the hotel meant loud machinery and jackhammers going all day.
The hotel's location is excellent being in Auckland's vibrant city district.

Very good location . Very clean rooms . Small but cozy
And beds Very comfortable.
Fantastic staff, special shout out to Daniel, Brian and Tina for looking after us and the rest of staff.
BONUS tea and coffee in reception on tap 24hrs a day.
Very accommodating. Easy to call Uber and accessible to buses to go anywhere.
