Very well located but lobby is a bit too busy. Moreover yeh roadworks makes it difficult to manoeuvre around.

Wonderful stay. Very nice room with comfortable beds and a large glass desk. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is great. 10-15 minute walk to the port, 5 minute walk to Sky Tower. Lots of restaurants and shops within a one minute to 5 minute walk from hotel

We visited on the way in to New Zealand , enjoyed our breakfast and comfortable bed so much we decided to have another two days before we flew home . Loved our time again . See you in two years 🤗😎
