best hotel breakfast in new zaland，but no lounge… good location

The old hotel has noise from the side room noise. The staff are not friendly. Should not come to rest at all

As it is located in CBD, it gets noisy at night. I could hear the noises from outsiide during weekends which was quite annoying. Other than that, above average marriot hotel.

Windows are surrounded by other buildings with no views. Good to business stays as it is easy to access anywhere in CBD.

The service is very poor, because they charge randomly, maybe this Marriott has its own reasons. I booked two nights on April 15 and 20. After checking out on April 16, I was charged more than 7 New Zealand dollars, saying that I ate a bag of chips, but I confirmed that I didn't (I didn't even notice the minibar). It was more than 1,000 yuan a night, and I had to argue over a bag of chips? So it didn't matter. I checked in again on April 20. I was more careful. I took photos of the minibar when I checked in on April 20 and checked out on April 21. As a result, the flight landed in Shanghai, and what I was worried about really happened: I was charged 12 New Zealand dollars again. Then I waited to see what I consumed. This time, I didn't even have the bill, and I didn't even have the only chance to prove my innocence. You said to make an international long-distance call? And send an email? For a few dozen dollars? The hotel is indeed in the city center, a bit old, and you will receive sales calls. It is one of the few hotels on Ctrip that can accommodate 3 people and have beds. Three people checked in, only two pairs of slippers were given, and I had to ask for them myself twice... This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel in so many years that I'm disgusted. Moreover, they charged me when I checked out, and I couldn't provide any evidence. If someone must stay at this hotel, I suggest that the hotel staff be present at check-in and check-out to verify. Btw: If the bill says it's for 3 bottles of water, then I'm wrong about the hotel. (I checked in on the 15th and didn't drink the bottled water, so I don't know if they will charge me)

I went on a business trip with my colleagues. The location is good. I have already made a review. Check-in at the hotel must be after three o'clock. Our flight was too early and we arrived early. Fortunately, we were given a room in advance starting at noon. Being jet lagged is a little uncomfortable.

The room is a little small, but the environment and facilities are very high-end. The gym has a lot of equipment. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is very convenient to go to attractions. Overall it is good.

This hotel is the most business and professional hotel in our trip. Because I had a bad cold when I arrived early that day and was very uncomfortable, the front desk checked me in in advance without saying a word. The room was also very large and comfortable. Thumbs up! I will definitely come back next time I come to Auckland! And the location is very good. You can buy a lot of things just walking downstairs in the city center, such as duty-free shops, Lululemon, LV, etc., and there is also a lot of food!

It was great to stay at that Marriott hotel of my dreams😭😭😭 I learned a lot about this kind of hospitality. And this is also a swamp. When I checked in just after 15:00, I was given a room upgrade! All amenities are provided and the quality is excellent! ! Also, personally, the lounge in front of the reception on the first floor is the best 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I can stay there for hours drinking cafe au lait and working on my computer - it's so awesome! !
