Good location and service. Front Desk was very helpful, helped us to book dinner. Food is good. The crispy pork belly was quite impressive. Will go again in future.

The hotel is nearby the International terminal, just 2 mins walk, perfect for early flight tourist like me. They have a bellboy to deliver your baggages to your room, and did not ask for tips.
I like the room, just be aware that minibar is chargeable. The water pressure is quite bad when shower. Except for these, all other things are great.

Hi, hotel is conveniently located in the Airport. Short 2 minute walk from the International terminal.
Staff at reception pleasant, Restaurant service very helpful. It was easier to go to the restaurant and get a reservation for dinner. Reception staff struggled to make a reservation for dinner.
Rooms are comfortable, for a 5 star hotel it is missing toiletries and the soap provided is not to my liking.

Wow wow wow. We were amazed at our time here. We were not expecting such quality from an airport hotel. The room was lovely and modern with a great view. The most spectacular part was the hotel restaurant 10/10. The food was glorious. We had just come in from 18hours of travel. Dinner was out of this world. If you stay here the restaurant is well worth the added expense.

Great location, was easy to find due to there being plenty of signs. Right next to international airport meaning I didn’t have to rush. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The Pullman hotel is located conveniently next to Auckland airport. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. The bed was comfortable and we had an excellent breakfast.
