The hotel is 17 kilometers from the airport. If you don't take a detour, a taxi will cost you more than 30 New Zealand dollars. The taxis at the airport entrance are a bit confusing, so it's best to take a local online taxi. The hotel is located in a business district and is very quiet. You can see people going to work in the early morning. In the afternoon, only two nearby dinner restaurants are open. The food in the restaurant is good, so I treat customers here for dinner. The hotel room is well-equipped with facilities. I really like the towel rack with drying facilities. Doing laundry is stress-free. There is no breakfast in the hotel. When you go out and turn right, there are three breakfast shops within a few minutes. The one in the picture has great coffee. Friendly reminder, the hotel closes at 8pm, and you need to swipe your room card to enter. If you arrive late, you must call the hotel check-in staff in advance; the specified check-out time is 10pm, and it can be extended to 11pm after discussion. In addition, some colleagues who originally planned to travel together were not able to make the trip because they did not know that Canadian passports also require visas to New Zealand. Fortunately, I bought room insurance when booking a room, and I hope the claim will be settled smoothly after reporting the case.
