Overall stay was very good with only exception that the house keeping staff neglected to clean the room and it took 2 complaints before the room was cleaned.
Service and food at Intercontinental Club was excellent. Better than teh Sydney intercontinental.

Great location and the rooms are very new. The check in area is a bit confusing though as it is small and looks like it is the front desk of the restaurant it is in front of. The sound proofing isn't great though as you can hear people opening doors down the corridor and also people screaming from the bars below

The best service we received during our stay was from the porter. We arrived around 5 p.m., and it was pouring heavily. To our surprise, the hotel didn’t have a proper lobby or sheltered drop-off area, so we ended up getting completely drenched along with our luggage. This is the first InterContinental hotel I’ve stayed at that lacks a proper lobby, which was quite disappointing.

This was very funny ,the clear room leave 2 botter clear water in my toilet for 2 days,when ask send 2 botter water I was wait one day ,and some body say I need go out yo get water for outside ,this was not good services,and morning time for breakfast and staff don’t know the time was 6:30 star ,I was go on 6:00 morning ,because I have the logo tour ,this make me feel is not very good experience,for very good hotel and bad service!

酒店很新，地理位置非常好，感覺樓下的皇後街就像上海的南京路步行街，酒店步行就可去飯店，逛街，碼頭以及天空塔，房間門一打開燈光和窗簾也會自動打開，非常智能，備品用的都是Byredo非常喜歡，早餐也非常的豪華，下次來新西蘭還住這裏!
