I’m a little torn to rate the location average because it can be a pain to get to if you don’t have a car, but the view from the room (apparently all rooms have view of the sea) is great.
A lot of variety for breakfast but nothing really stood out.
I didn’t get to visit the onsen because they don’t allow tattooed people.
I would stay again, especially in summer on a fireworks day!

Atami is also the entrance to the Izu Peninsula and there are many tourists visiting Izus diverse nature and hot springs which have been recognized around the world at Geoparks

The last stop of this trip to Japan - Atami. In order to let us soak in a hot spring in Japan, my son recommended this hotel. It is understood that the proprietress is Chinese, so we came here because of its reputation!
The first thing we met when we entered the hotel was the owner, who could speak simple Chinese. He took us directly to the third floor, where we were received by the landlady. She gently introduced us to Atami’s tourist attractions and food, and we felt as if we had entered home. The feeling is very cordial!
At the same time, this is the largest room in the hotel we stayed in Japan this time. We chose Japanese tatami. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Sitting in the room, you can directly see the sea in the distance. The scenery is beautiful. !
After dinner, the landlady told us that we could go downstairs and take a bath in the hot springs. Since it is the off-season in Atami, my best friend and I were the only ones taking a bath in the hot springs. We had reserved the whole place!
In short, the proprietress of Atami Seclusion Holiday House is gentle and beautiful, the boss is warm and considerate, and the service is attentive. The boss drove us to Atami Station to take the Shinkansen the next morning, which left a deep impression on our trip to Japan!

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

Great value for money. It is very close to Atami Station, a 5-minute walk, very convenient. After exiting the JR station, turn left and walk straight ahead (passing the bus station, there is a Family Mart opposite). Self check-in, remember to ask the staff for a kettle when checking in, as there is no one in the room; disposable items such as toothbrushes and cups can be obtained from the elevator. However, breakfast is a small sandwich and coffee, which is not full and is not recommended. You can store your luggage in the hotel before check-in (automatic luggage box on the first floor). The MOA Art Museum can be reached directly by bus in front of the hotel, but it is still recommended to go to Atami Station to take the bus, otherwise there may be no seats. The staff is rather cold-faced and unenthusiastic. Another bad thing is that on the way from Atami Station to the hotel, you will pass by a heavenly burial ground, which is a bit unlucky~ Everything else is perfect~

The location is convenient, it is easy to find as soon as you get out of the station and walk to the left near Atami Station.
Although the breakfast is simple, it is better than sitting comfortably. You can come and go freely during the breakfast period from 6:30 to 9:00, and you can also choose to take meals in your room (intimate).
The hotel facilities are old, but clean.
It's near the train track, so there are some trains passing by at night, which I can accept.

The hotel is on the edge of a cliff and the view is very good, especially for watching the fireworks display. We stayed at the hotel on the night of the fireworks display. It was very comfortable to watch it directly in the room. There was no need to go to the crowded beach. The price of 2900 is not cheap. It seems to be only 1000 in the off-season.
The hotel is some distance from the train station, so walking is not practical. The hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves every 20 minutes but is often not on time. As a result, we didn't get on the bus after eating near the train station that night. The taxi back to the hotel cost more than 2,000 yen. expensive. In fact, it is very convenient to take the Yuyou Line bus.
The hotel is very large and there are many people. It has three hot springs. We soaked in two of them and they were all great.

Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies.
Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.

I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.

I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. GGuest UserI was taken care of for one night in early June. I was lost to take a taxi on a heavy rainy day, but I can see it immediately after passing through Atami shopping street. I was surprised at the inn! It was good not to take a taxi (laughs) When I arrived at the inn, I felt that there was a day trip hot spring (using a large bath). The entrance lobby was large and there was a space where souvenir corners (stores) and beverages could be freely drunk. The room is said to be ... It is a new building, so it is the back of the building. I took the elevator to the third floor, and I felt very lost with the left, right and stairs (there is a guide to the room when you arrive) I rented a room called ”manten” in the new building. It is very large and comfortable. You can drink refrigerators and coffee cherry tea. We also have chocolate and Japanese confectionery sold at the store. Amenities are also available in POLA, and the bed is large and comfortable. The bath in the inner bath is outside! It feels a little hot. The season was not so cold outside in June, but it feels cold outside in winter. (It may be cold until it is soaked in hot water because the cherry blossoms are to some extent) The bath of Hinoki is hot with hot water flowers and wind flow. The scenery can see the house and the sea. It was very clean. Dinner is 6 o'clock (time can be selected) It was a cute woman from Burma who greeted me in front of the dining room. It feels like I stood and waited for dinner and breakfast. I was fluent in Japanese and was very friendly and polite. The dishes are Japanese and very delicious. It was good that there was no salt or amount left. The boiling of gold eye was also made well and delicious. Breakfast is served at 8 o'clock, dried food, hot tofu and salad to choose from... This was also good, and the rice cooked and the water were good. I changed it because it was delicious! The master said, ”Rice is delicious” if it is not a koshihikari from Minami Uonuma! (the inn provided Yamagata rice is very delicious) One unfortunate thing is that G comes out of the gap of the lion of the inner hot water (bug) I entered the room. I called the front desk and asked for a * insect spray, and I did not crush it well, but ... it was a little scorched because it was big. I think it was very good. I answered the questionnaire and received the bathing agent of this inn (laughs) I want to see you again next time. Thank you.

The smart water-adding and temperature adjustment are very advanced. You can jump in and enjoy the constant-temperature spring water at any time throughout the day👍🏻 The Japanese-style semi-buffet breakfast is very rich. It tastes pretty good too. Overall it's a very satisfying experience.

GGuest User旅行の良さは、１お料理 ２客室 そして、３人とのふれあい だと思っています。特に３は１、２がイマイチでも帳消しにできるところがあると思っています。 機械が苦手な主人が、私のために一生懸命、携帯とにらめっこして取ってくれたホテルがここでした。お値段も我が家にしては思い切りました。チェックインした後のウエルカムドリンクはワインやジュース、コーヒーなど飲み放題。気をよくした主人は、ワインを飲んでいました。お風呂をいただいて部屋に戻ると、うんうんうなってベットで丸まる主人。急な腹痛が襲ってきたようです。主人曰く、空腹にワインを飲んで、その後おなかを冷やしたかな、と。夕食の時間が迫っていたので、フロントに電話しようとしましたが、おばあちゃんの私には、携帯電話のような館内電話は？？？仕方がないので、フロントに直接「主人が急に腹痛を起こしたので、夕食、遅れます」と言いに行きました。フロントはすぐにどこかへ電話。「お薬ってないですよね」と訊くと「当ホテルには置いておりません。」「アレルギーのこともありますので。」さもありなん。さもありなん、なんですが、その前に言うことありませんか？お客が体調悪いと言っているんですよ‼ 冷や汗タラタラ、何度もトイレに往復した主人。食事を楽しみにしてきた私のことを思って、ふらふらながらやっとレストランに。そこで対応してくれたホール係の男性の優しく温かい接し方が、今までの気分を一蹴してくれました。「お寒いようでしたら、空調を変えますが」「フロントより遅れますとの連絡を受けましたが、大丈夫でしたか」「どうぞひざ掛けをお使いください」などなど、ひとつひとつの言葉が温かくて心地よかったです。お名前は佐藤さん。佐藤さんおかげでよい思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。フロントにも教えてやって。

I thought that it was a day trip, and I stayed in room 303 for one night. There was resistance to ”night stay”... There is a terrace of 6 tatami mats in the room (there is also a table & chair) I took a walk around Atami Station and bought sea and sake on the terrace slowly! The fireworks were also able to be appreciated by great power from the terrace (^-^) The room was clean, and the joint toilet, the bathroom bath, and the living room were very clean, and I think the cleaning is also going. Hot springs were also good hot water! There are only three washing places, but the stone tub is large. However, there are only ... large baths １, so it is because men and women change in time. If you want to enjoy hot spring baths, It may be a little lacking. But there is a shower room available 24 o'clock on the different floor, so you can take a bath outside the time (however, it is not hot spring water) In the living room, instant coffee, tea, water, hot water, ice and tea ware were also free, so I made it here and drank in the room or drank while watching the scenery on the terrace of the living room. The owner and the staff were friendly and kind. It is an inn that I want to stay again (^^)

GGuest User２Stayed on the first day of the three consecutive holidays in the month. ２ I thought about it a week ago and looked for an inn, but there was nowhere (apart from the stupid high place), it was almost the only choice. It is a big hotel with a transfer bus from the station. It was close to Manyo Park and so on. There is also a convenience store in front of you. Dinner was delicious and the best except for the iron plate baking of pork roses and the western style pot (this ２ goods were better not. In terms of quality, not quantity.). The bath is not good or not necessary. It was a Japanese room, so it was normal to come to lay a futon, but when I told the front desk, I was saved because I could pass the ｢ service ｣ and be free by myself. Breakfast was good level on average, but the richness of the type is a surprise level. It may not be able to eat even if it stays for a long time in the feeling that there is nothing in the Japanese and Western countries. It is a recommended inn.

GGuest User9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。

GGuest UserWe came to see the blooming Jacaranda Trees with the deep blue flowers. KKR Hotel Atami is a little off from the main strip but an easy to walk downtown. (Also quiet at night) It is on a hill and from the 5th floor there is nothing between you and the Sweeping Ocean! Wonderful View! And the Natural Hot Spring Bath, both indoor and outdoor have the same sweeping views of the ocean. The Outdoor Bath, called ”Seiki no Yu”- bath under the twinkling Stars, has some Zen Rock Gardens around it--quite relaxing. We stayed in the modern bedroom which was smallish, but clean and had everything we needed. We had the summertime Half-Board Plan which included an amazing array of Japanese dishes for dinner, beautifully decorated and delicious. Free Parking was in the Courtyard, the Entrance was a little hard to find, but everyone was helpful. We will stay again.

GGuest UserRevisit after a long time. Because it is close to Sun Beach. The number of hot spring baths has increased. We also accept day trip hot springs, so it's easy and convenient to stop by on the way back from swimming. The meal is also a buffet, but I wonder if fish such as sashimi are still good. Children can enjoy it enough. It is crowded with the strength of the location. Wi-Fi is not available in the room.

SSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
