I had made a reservation on the day of the fireworks festival, but I had a fever and had to take a PCR test, so I canceled it 13 days before the reservation date. I previously found an inn that waived cancellation fees due to the flu, so I asked them about it over the phone. It was Saturday for the fireworks festival, and after canceling the event, I checked the website and found that it was fully booked.I thought that someone else had already made a reservation and the place was occupied.When I asked about it, I was told that the place was empty (it has been fully booked ever since). did. The streets of Atami are very difficult to climb up and down hills, so I think it's better to eat here and then start walking, rather than going out to have breakfast. Although each private room has a shower room, there is also a private bath that can be reserved for private use (apparently there is an observation bath on the rooftop floor, but it is currently being renovated). It seems that there is a system where you bathe. When I stayed there, there weren't many other guests, so it wasn't crowded, but during the busy season, I thought it would be difficult to find the right time to rent a private bath. The walk to the nearest convenience store may seem short, about 2-300m, but it's a 2-300m walk in the steeply sloped city of Atami, so it can be quite a difficult walk. I think it's better to stock up in advance.
