The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is rich, the management is upscale, and the lobby is large and magnificent

We decided to treat ourselves and stay in a five-star hotel for the New Year holidays. Rixos President Astana is real magic with attentive service and delicious, hearty breakfasts. We liked the spa complex with a large, clean pool. The only wish is that the Deluxe room lacked the ability to dry clothes.

The room decoration is still a little old. The downside is that the sewer in the bathroom has a bit of an offensive smell. The breakfast is very rich and tastes good. The location is also very good.

If it weren’t for the rude security guard who kicked open the elevator doors and brazenly started asking for documents to make sure who we were, everything would have been fine.

The hotel facilities are old and there is no choice for breakfast. Except for the restaurant staff and service specialist, all the staff in the lobby were very rude and pretended not to notice when they saw the guests carrying several large luggages. I wanted to store my luggage temporarily, but I had a dark face and annoyed him. There is only one plug in the room underground, so you can't charge mobile phones and tablets at the same time. It's too far compared to Rixos in Almaty and I won't stay here again in the future.
