GGuest UserThis price is not low in the local area. The hotel environment is good and the location is good. It's just that the staff who checked in on the day was not very helpful. We booked a deluxe twin bed but got a king-size bed room. I also showed her the order on Ctrip. She just repeatedly emphasized the cost of the mini bar and asked me to swipe my card. I said several times that I didn't want the mini bar! The mini bar itself is casual. This hotel gives me the feeling that it is a bit hard to push it on you! The hotel waiters are not enthusiastic. Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

The central location allows you to get to most of the attractions rather quickly. There are several good restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel is also worth attention.

The amenities are nice and new, breakfast was delicious, but coffee had no taste😅 The location is brilliant if you want to stay close to the city center and avoid traffic jam. There's an exchange office with a reasonable course close to the hotel, if you need some cash after arrival.

Sometimes it is empty or does not work. They said you need to make a deposit to open it. Totally bad manners! I think the local management is acting weird!

AAdiletThe price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

It's not far from nearby scenic spots. The food in the hotel is not that good, but the waiters and ladies are very good-looking and nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!
