The hotel is far from the center.
The prepayment included taxes and fees, but the hotel insisted on charging an additional city construction fee. Fortunately, Ctrip Butler helped solve the problem. The front desk service efficiency is slow.
At night, there was a man in the corridor who kept making noise and banging on the door opposite. No hotel management staff stopped him. My friend and I dared each other to open the door and ask him to keep his voice down. I discovered this morning: the door on the opposite side was almost removed (see picture). Hotel security needs to be improved.

The hotel is just a little rest between flights. We checked in at 4 in the morning, came to the room, the shower cubicle was broken (the doors were skewed, you couldn’t get into it (((((they called for maintenance, a woman came and thank God she was able to put them in place, we washed ourselves.... the walls are cardboard , you won’t be able to sleep for a long time. The bed is made up of 2 small ones, which is uncomfortable! And the most surprising thing is that upon registration we were asked to pay another 700-something tenge, like a tourist tax (((( although we paid everything on the website. It was very unexpected ( (((there are no photos from the hotel, since there is nothing to photograph there
