Staff with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Very good breakfast with extended hours. The location of the hotel is very good, with excellent views and just a walk from the main attractions of this fascinating city. If I return to Astana, I will return to the Jumbaktas Hotel.

The hotel is just a little rest between the flights. They settled at 4 a.m., came to the room, the soul cabin was broken(the doors were broken, it was not possible to climb(((((( called to service, came a woman and thank God she managed to put them on the place, we washed .... walls of cardboard, long sleep will not be possible. The bed is made up of 2 small, which is uncomfortable! And the most amazing thing is that when registering we were asked to pay another 700 with something tenge like a tourist fee((((though we paid everything on the site. It was very unexpected (((()No photo from the hotel, as there is nothing to take pictures there
