Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.

The Rixos is a stunning hotel and the service is outstanding. The hotel entrance and atrium are very impressive and so was our room. There is a quite formal restaurant, but I didn't see many people in there. You can order food and drink at the tables in the atrium and there is a nice atmosphere here. The menu is interesting and extensive and service was great. It was freezing cold in Feb (minus 28) and I was really pleased to be able to get such good food in the hotel. There is also an Irish music pub in the hotel which is open 24 hours and full of smokers, which felt a bit out of place, but seems to be a thing in Kazakhstan.

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

Totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Considering the price, its location is perfect, just some walks away from the key landmarks in Astana, like the tent mall. Very safe location as well, even as I was walking after sun down. The bed & room was comfortable enough. I’d like kudos to the male receptionist when I checked in on the 21st, very friendly & even provided me with shopping tips on where to get the stuff I wanted & needed in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in town

The first St. Regis hotel in Central Asia. Overall very good! Great room service, the room decoration is very high-end, and all the equipment in the room, such as the electric towel rack, are very convenient. The bed is really comfortable and you can't feel any shaking when you turn around.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Excellent hotel! Located not in the center, but everything is convenient and in the pedestrian access, transport interchange is kind of convenient.... Nearby a lot of cafes, shopping complexes, huge market! The only minus if you live long.... The cleaner on all floors alone and physically can't manage to clean on all 10 floors, on 10 rose already at 23:30 brought me only water, but also for this she thanks!!!! Recommended to stay!!!!

The hotel management is very weak, the staff are only very good at their language, they don't know the basics of working with the tourists, I traveled a lot, and I've never asked a master or a sleeping cover, and they answered me, after a long wait, there's no way for a hotel that's classified as this classification, to have a sleeping master and to have a sleeping master. The old furniture is dirty, the carpet in the canal is dirty, the room service is very weak, the towels are not changed, the pads are not replaced, and there is no Klinks in the room, and when you ask them to do any service, nobody responds even to the bar, no barge service, no barge worker, no hotel is not. This hotel is well located in Astana. The rooms are spacious and clean and warm (luckily, because it was minus 25 outside) There is a pleasant lobby/bar, but the bartenders don't speak English. The reception is very good with skilled staff that speaks English very well. Especially Madiyar did everything he could to make our stay a succes! Thank you Madiyar, great job! The breakfast is moderate, quality is okay, staff unfriendly. The hotel says that there is a gym and pool, but this is a scam. The pool and gym is part of another neighbouring business and there is a whole procedure to get in there. in the spa/gym/pool they charge you for everything, even if you are a resident from the hotel: you have to pay for every step you take, every breath of air you take, you are charged. So the gym and pool is not accessible from the hotel unless you are willing to pay for every hair you lose on the ground. I can recommend the hotel (apart from the facilities).
