Friendly, welcoming innkeepers have thought of everything to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. And then there’s their delicious breakfasts. We cannot give this lovely and comfortable bed and breakfast property, situated in a lovely historic neighborhood and not far from downtown, higher marks. Thank you, Diane and Dan!

We enjoyed three nights at the Pinecrest during our trip around the South East. Janna and Stacey were wonderful hosts. Janna gave us lots of helpful tips and suggestions for our stay in Asheville and Stacey's breakfasts were superb. It was nice to have tea, coffee, wine and delicious homemade snacks available in the lounge when we returned from our days out. The Inn is spacious and beautifully furnished. We stayed in the Wible room which has a large bathroom supplied with everything you might need.

This is the most wonderful B&B in a very pretty neighborhood near downtown Asheville. We stayed in the Whilbe Room which is spacious and has an enormous bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a walk in shower. It’s on the second floor and also has a separate entrance. We were greeted by the owner Dan who gave us a quick tour. They offer a little snack area with tea/coffee, soda/water, and even have little bags of ice ready. Homemade cookies are available each afternoon. We had noted when we made the reservation that my husband had some dietary constraints and Diane went out of her way to accommodate him, making him a different breakfast from the rest of us each morning. She went above and beyond and we very much appreciated the effort to make him comfortable. The breakfasts were enormous, more than I could eat. Some B&B’s have a choice for breakfast or a buffet, but here it is a full plated meal. First morning was a savory spinach/egg bake with roasted pears, tomato & tomato jam, and country ham. Second morning was a huge waffle with a spiced whipped cream, cheesy egg bake, spiced apples, and bacon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this B&B.

We enjoyed our three nights at Pinecrest, I could have happily stayed much longer. This is our sixth trip to Asheville and Pinecrest tops my list for places to stay. The Inn is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The guest rooms and common space feel warm and spacious. Rooms have comfortable high quality furniture and linens. The breakfast is generous and tasty. The best part are Dan and Diane who are warm and efficient hosts. The neighborhood is quiet and full of wonderful victorian homes, I fully recommend this B&B.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at Pinecrest. This was our first time in Asheville and the B&B exceeded our needs as it was welcoming, comfortable, quiet and clean. Diane's bubbly demeanor added to loving our busy days. Her and Dan's recommendations of what to do, where to eat, etc. were on target with our needs. The delicious breakfast was prepared and plated beautifully. If you have any special dietary needs, advise in advance and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend Pinecrest.

What a wonderful bed and breakfast! Located in an historic part of Asheville, it’s super close to downtown, with easy access to the Biltmore estate. The proprietors, Dan and Diane are welcoming, warm hosts who obviously enjoy what they’re doing. We were there three nights, and each breakfast was unique and beautifully presented. It was a great way to start each day. 😊

I can’t say enough about Pinecrest! From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Dan and Diane were amazing and the inn was so cozy! They had everything you could need to feel at home. Snacks, coffee, tea and a variety of drinks, oh and not to be outdone by the homemade sweet of the day! Delicious and huge breakfast served daily! What a treat! Our suite was beautiful and decorated so wonderfully, even had chocolates at the bedside! The bed was comfy and the fireplace was great! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

I just spent New Year's at this wondering bed and breakfast. Diane and Dan are such gracious hosts and were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Stayed in the Cowley room, bed was very comfortable and room was spotless and spacious. Very secure property and has convenient parking. close to downtown Ashville and the Biltmore. Diane also served the most delicious breakfast and pecan bars. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Ashville.

Enjoyed our two night stay in the Wible Suite at Pinecrest where the king bed was comfortable with a nice size shower. When we came in the front door we were greeted by Dan and shown to our room which was spotless and roomy. Diane’s breakfast both mornings was fantastic, great coffee and more food than you could eat. This place is in the historic district with good sidewalks and large homes in a safe neighborhood with a few restaurants in walking distance. We appreciate that this inn has a no pet policy ,
