The front desk staff are friendly but can’t communicate in English. We had to use Google translate. Parking across the hotel is 800 yen for 24 hours so would recommend. Beddings are comfortable and room is clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet with sashimi hot dishes and ice cream is such a delight and is the selling point of this hotel. Overall we are very pleased with what paid for as now is non peak season.

Conveniently located very close to Asahikawa JR station, bus terminal and Aeon Mall. Thuruha Drug Store (huge shop and tax-free) is located at L1. There is a wide selection of Welcome drinks beside the reception on L3. Room is clean and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Amanek hotel and will stay here again when we visit Asahikawa in future.

I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The lobby on the front floor is very large. After checking out, I adjusted the time here because I had a little time to get on the train. There is Tenjinkyo natural hot spring ”Traveler's Hot Spring” on the 17th floor of the top floor. The big bath stretches your legs and heals the fatigue of the trip. I entered twice at night and in the morning. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

One of the best hotel we stay during our trip! Great relax area with manga and ice creams. There’s yakult in the morning too. Room is big and comfortable. We will come back for sure. Good breakfast!

There is also a ramen restaurant opposite the hotel with a high rating, but it closes early. You can go to Asahikawa Station to shop for AEON after your trip at night. Montbell has many styles and low prices. Facilities: There are only three washing machines and dryers on the first floor. There are many Korean and Chinese tour groups coming to the hotel. Use the hot springs during off-peak hours otherwise there will be too many people. Breakfast: The breakfast includes seafood rice, ramen, and bread, which taste good, but you need to eat later, otherwise there will be too many tour groups and the queue will be long.
