The location is within 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The overall experience is good. There are hot springs to soak in, a drink bar in the evening, popsicles to enjoy, and coffee all day long. There are also a variety of breakfast options, and there is a small children's playroom. Overall 4 nights were very enjoyable.
Hotel is conveniently located next to JR train station and above Aeon Mall for plenty of food choices. We actually came by car and parking is a flat 800Yen paid to reception and they will issue you a parking ticket which allows for multiple entries during your stay. Breakfast is basic, breakfast area is actually one of the restaurants in the mall.

The location was close to the station, and above all, the cafe was very fashionable! The clerk is all nice, and I will take care of you when I come again!
Breakfast is delicious, but too many people . are not enough to sit. Hotel location is very convenient, you can find food around, Lawson also has, warm city center, but unfortunately the staff service attitude is numb, not willing to answer, no smile, only ask for a white paper, has told me that I can only give one, what service attitude is really, need to be improved
The room was quite good, a standard apartment. The bathroom was a bit small. The washing machine shelf was not installed securely. The washing machine almost wandered into the room. There was dust under the washing machine and it was not cleaned. The hotel is in a very good location, close to JR station and close to shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel does not provide an email address, only a phone number and does not understand Chinese or English. Every time something happens, I have to ask Ctrip to make suggestions. It is recommended that Ctrip develop a chat page with the landlord similar to Airbnb.

Since you are traveling by car, you don’t have to be near public transportation. But the location of the hotel is pretty good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the famous Genghis Khan Barbeque for dinner. When I was driving to leave the next day, I discovered that there was a convenience store on the other side of the corner. ⋯I went to a hotel far away the night before, haha

KKingsley Chi ShengThe hotel is right at the Asahikawa Station. By car, it was not that obvious where to park but they do state exactly where to go and park on their website.
We drove there and had to push our luggage to the hotel, as only buses are permitted to stop at the front of the hotel entrance. This ended up taking around 5 minutes from alighting the car to ending up at the lobby. Check-in was fast and there's a small play area for children with various toys that you can utilize for your children. The hotel offers free instant coffee and hot water that's readily available 24/7; you can find it at the lobby on the far side, opposite to the elevators.
The room itself was on the larger side for this price range and though short, I thoroughly enjoyed my entire time at the hotel. The couch was large and comfortable and allowed for easy management of our things while we were packing. The bathroom was a standard Japanese size but comfortable enough.
There are vending machines on every floor I believe, which don't upsell drinks, which is a nice touch. The public bath on the top floor was pretty great according to my wife, as I did not partake.
Would highly recommend this hotel for anybody and everybody due to the great location; just make sure you look at their access instructions on their website beforehand!
BBOVery general, the price is not high. First of all, there is no restaurant nearby. We don’t know which predecessor said that the store will produce delicious soba noodles. ! Secondly, the sound insulation is particularly bad, plus we stayed in the next night, 12 young men (the names on the doors of both rooms, I counted, one six, add up to twelve) and sipped at two in the morning. Drunk, open a party in the room. I am angered, directly slammed the door, the Chinese, English and Japanese three words together, went downstairs to call the doorkeeper uncle. Finally, I can't communicate. The front desk and I also hold the same kind of translation, and talk to each other.
GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent! It’s located very close to Aeon and the station, making it super convenient. The spacious common lounge is a great spot to relax, and they offer a special welcome drink in the afternoon. The breakfast here is outstanding – both in quality and taste, it’s truly exceptional.
What I didn’t like is that the sink is oddly placed at the foot of the bed, which feels a bit awkward.
AAnonymous UserWhen we entered the hotel, the decoration was cute, and although the check-in was digital, we were given a polite explanation, and there was a brief explanation while we were waiting in line. The welcome drink was delicious.
The room was stylish with an unusual layout.
I was not satisfied with the facilities, the refrigerator was not cold. Usually, if you put an ice pack on the top shelf, it will freeze by the next morning, but this time it was a little cold. The drinks were cold enough to be a little warm. Where is the heating in the room when the outside temperature is 10 degrees? You can turn on the air conditioner, but it doesn't seem to heat it... should I have asked the front desk? The hotel's indoor wear was one size fits all, and it looked tight for my husband. There was laundry detergent residue and several white spots. It would have been nice if the toothbrushes were different colors - both were black, and the place where they were placed was not in Japanese, and it was difficult to understand because the word ”toothbrush” was written so small that it was hard to see on the bag.
The breakfast venue had a lot of seats, but it was crowded and we had to wait. It was my first experience waiting for breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast itself was very satisfying, especially the bread, which was very delicious and small in size, so we were able to eat a lot of different things! Breakfast was great! It's expensive for what it is. Overall it was just average, but maybe I expected too much because it's Hoshino Resorts.
GGee WooOh my god!
Incredible quality hotel with reasonable price
2min walk from Asahikawa station
Room was clean and comfortable
Room. View to Asahikawa station was magnificent and super convenient
You should try 2000 yen breakfast buffet
Best breakfast I can recommend
There are so many fresh expensive Seafood
You can make your own Seafood Donburi
It costs 3-4000 yen in Tokyo
Best hotel with great quality when you travel Asahikawa
GGuest UserThe spa has many areas with low-temperature water, and if it's crowded, you won't be able to get into the warm water and it will be cold.
If guests could have bathing completely free of charge, I wouldn't be able to help their dissatisfaction.
YYob0o0The location is easy to find, and parking is only a few steps away from the hotel door.
The bathhouse closes too early, at 11 p.m., and friends who booked a small room cannot take a shower at night (because the room only has a toilet)
I booked a family room with a bathtub.
There are many choices of baths~ It feels okay
The scenery outside the room is pretty good
JJonielinnI recently stayed at in this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. I will recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.
GGuest UserAmazing house with a huge amount of space, impeccably clean. The house felt brand new, and it doesn't get more private. I felt like I was in my own universe. My only complaint is that the host company BreakOut threatens to charge you 5,000 yen for every 30 minutes of late checkout after 10:00AM. This is extremely hostile against your guests. Here is the exact wording from the welcome email:
”Leaving the room after check-out time will be considered a late check-out without permission. A fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes.”
We were also threatened about being liable of the pipes freeze. While this is a vacation rental in the winter, and we understand their concern about liability, you can advise about this without overtly threatening financial penalties. This speaks to the mean spirited nature of BreakOut (the property management company / private equity firm) and for this reason we will never rent from them again. This is a company that viciously attacks anyone for the sake of profit, and they should probably be on Wall Street rather than running a hospitality company. The smart companies get someone nice as the front facing staff. At Tomato Cube there is absolutely no one, nor was there any email address provided for contact. It is just a ghost ship out there. Even the coffee shop and thai restaurant nearby were totally abandoned.
