Quite good experience. The hotel is nearby asahikawa station ie walking distance. Since our floor is on 11, the view is spectacular.

Good location 2 blocks from the train station althought it's in the other direction of where the restaurants and convenience stores are located.
Nevertheless, there is breakfast comprising of onigiris, hot soup and drinks.

I'm not good at reading maps, but
it was easy to find the hotel's location, as you just stand on the road after leaving Asahikawa Station and look to the right, and you'll see the hotel right there!!
On the day I stayed there, there were many students staying for club activities.
There was a long line at the breakfast venue in the morning.
However, the hotel staff kept preparing rice balls, so it wasn't an inconvenience at all.
It seemed like a lot of people were taking breakfast to their rooms, so I did the same.
I was able to eat at a leisurely pace.
In cases like this, I recommend eating in your room.
The bus stop for Asahikawa Airport in front of the station is also very close to the hotel, so it was very convenient.
