Asahikawa Hotels with Breakfast

Very convenient location, connected to JR Asahikawa. However room is small, if you have more than one big luggage and it will be quite challenging to open all the luggage at the same time. There is a big sitting area at the lobby where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, next to it is a small library.

I love how convinient the location is. It is basically just outside of the Asahikawa station entrance, next to the bus stations and opposite the Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and it is comfortable. You can rent many items from the hotel for free ex. Pillow, charger, luggage rack... I enjoyed my stay there and have good nice sleep! The price is cheap too. Totally worth it! If you choose no cleaning service on daily basis, they give you free drinks! I chose Beer and Tea I also love the window that can open and the view from the window. However, the toilet is very tiny. I feel ”cramep”. I am 160cm and I doesn't feel comfortable to take shower in the bathtub. I almost touch the ceiling. The towel rack is also too tiny that can hardly hang your towel or clothes. Maybe suitable for small kids. LOL. It got ”plastic cracking sound” when I step in the bathtub for shower. The entire toilet feels like a plastic Lego toy ”stuck” to the room. Cute. LOL. Acceptable. I think they should add some hooks in the toilet to hang our items. The sound proof not sure if it is good. I don't know why you touch or hit the wall it make a huge sound. Like when you take the hanger, it will easily hit the wall board and produce large sound. When you take shower, you will easily hit the wall too. So I always heard those sounds from the next room. Not noises of speaking or music etc but the sound of hitting something. Thank God no noises in the midnight.

The hotel is huge with many tourists.There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees.

I’m very surprised by the relatively low rating of this hotel. We had a very good experience here, and found the room to be spacious and comfortable (though fairly typical old-school Japanese hotel). Service was good overall and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the best part of Asahikawa, near the main train station and the very cool and fun shopping street. The hotel also has an outdoor parking lot located immediately behind the hotel. Our only hiccup was that we arrived slightly before the 1500 check in time (we arrived at 1440) and were told we had to wait until exactly 1500 to check in. This is Japan and I appreciate being a stickler for the rules, but sometimes good customer service is about making calculated exceptions. Maybe next time. We would certainly recommend this place to others.

Hotel is very new and clean. Come with large public bath and free drinks. The hours to excess onsen is amazing. Cheick in/ out like a breeze. However the hotel is with high occupancy and sometimes take a while to get a lift. Long wait for laundry service too as the machine is always loaded. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to any travelers who visit Asahikawa!

I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The lobby on the front floor is very large. After checking out, I adjusted the time here because I had a little time to get on the train. Isn't it convenient to meet in Asahikawa, which is exceptionally cold in winter? People may have different tastes, but I can sleep well in the route-in bed. I think it's because it's not fluffy. It depends on the location of the room, but from the room I stayed, I could see the train departing and arriving at Asahikawa Station. There is Tenjinkyo natural hot spring ”Traveler's Hot Spring” on the 17th floor of the top floor. The big bath stretches your legs and heals the fatigue of the trip. I entered twice at night and in the morning. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

Managed to get to the hotel at 10:30 and grabbed some free ramen. Enjoyed some nice time in the onsen and had ice cream after. Had some yoghurt in the morning before leaving. My favourite hotel.

Transportation: It is very close to Asahikawa JR Station and can be reached on foot. There is a pedestrian street nearby with many izakayas and yakiniku restaurants. There is also a ramen restaurant opposite the hotel with a high rating, but it closes early. You can go to Asahikawa Station to shop for AEON after your trip at night. Montbell has many styles and low prices. Facilities: There are only three washing machines and dryers on the first floor. There are many Korean and Chinese tour groups coming to the hotel. Use the hot springs during off-peak hours otherwise there will be too many people. Breakfast: The breakfast includes seafood rice, ramen, and bread, which taste good, but you need to eat later, otherwise there will be too many tour groups and the queue will be long.

I stayed ２ nights with my husband and wife to meet my friend in Asahikawa. It was very good, so I think I will be here next time I come. First of all, it is good to have a hot spring bath. This time it was summer, but if it was a winter snow season, I would like to thank you for the bath. It is very good to be able to sleep slowly in the public bath, not the unit bus in the room. The large bath was large and there were many washing places, and it was very comfortable. I was able to experience it this time with a ticket for rock bath. It was crowded on weekends, couples in semi-double rooms ２ names and less 々 narrow, but still, the compact room was easy to use, there was no trouble, The breakfast venue was comfortable to sit immediately without waiting.
