The place has such an amazing staff very courteous. The food is great and great views. Silent as well for business teams making it very conducive for corporate meetings.

We had a very nice experience in Masailand. The room was clean, large and comfy. There was a bathtub which can be a plus for some people ! We have a good breakfast with a lot of choices aswell. Special thanks to Ebenezer and his colleagues, who welcomed us superbly !

Perfect stay at the Masailand safari lodge ! Peaceful place, nice for relaxing. Beautiful garden, room with stay and nice pool And really good food for dinner and breakfast Staff was really helpful and kind And special mention for Ebenezer :) I recommend!

best place ever the staff are amazing the place is very nice and comfort with amazing pool i had a good rest the place is quite the jaccuziii is very amazing i lived my stay every bit i would recommend and i would go back for sure best lodge in arusha

I have stayed at Masailand lodge last night The room is comfortable and the staff is welcoming. They have met every request with grace and politeness. What impressed me the most was the honesty and integrity of the team. I accidentally left my purse behind after dinner, and to my great relief, it was safely returned to me with nothing missing in the morning. Their prompt and honest response speaks volumes about the kind of service and values this place upholds. You are doing a wonderful job James!! Thanks and much appreciation to you and team! I’m deeply grateful and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure, trustworthy, and comfortable stay. Thank you again to the wonderful staff — I’ll definitely be back!

Overall the hotel environment is beautiful and I love it. However there are services which I was not satisfied with such as food and late room cleaning.

Very nice nice place in a quiet area in Arusha. Me and my wife are travelling throughout Africa volunteering and needed a place to relax and recover for a few days and Masailand was the right choice. The staff was very caring, from Agai at reception to Bayo in the restaurant and all the others. Highly recommend!
