Guests appreciate the clean, spacious rooms with excellent views and amenities. The peaceful location near Mount Meru is ideal for nature lovers. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness enhance the overall experience.

We were there in July 2024 and we had room ZS1. When we arrived the hotel seemed extraordinary. The lobby is large and exudes luxury. Check-in was smooth and it was only afterwards that we were disappointed. As for the room, at first glance the room is very beautiful. But when you look more closely you realize that unfortunately it seems that the maintenance has not been done for a long time. We saw holes in the walls, broken faucets, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, etc. The bed was very uncomfortable (too soft). The television is a joke with three snowy stations that are impossible to listen to. In short, it is only beautiful in appearance. There is a swimming pool at the hotel but the water was stagnant and very dirty so it was impossible to swim in it. There were empty fountains in disrepair. It seems like this hotel used to be a really great place but is now pretty much abandoned. In fact there were four of us in our group and we didn't meet anyone else during our stay. The restaurant has a limited menu but at least it was good. Finally the worst part is the wifi. We were given a code when we checked in to use the wifi but we had to go back to the lobby about ten times in less than 24 hours because the code we had stopped working and we couldn't get a new code by calling the lobby. And even when it did work it was slow and spotty. In summary, it was most certainly a nice place in the past but now it is a place to avoid at all costs.

Very nice place, huge rooms and very kind staff. Special thank to Damas who was super nice with us. Stayed one night before our safari trip , we were pleased to rest there after our journey from Geneva. Nice pool and sunset with the Kilimanjaro beer.
