The surroundings are beautiful, the rooms very clean and pretty. The staff went beyond expectations. At 3:00 am a felt sick and Jesus from front desk brought me a cup of tea for my pain. The breakfast was very good.

I stay for one night at the Majestad hotel boutique, Arequipa, as part of an organised tour of Peru. Excellent historic character hotel with high ceilings and v large rooms. Even has a water feature outside the room! Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Bien aimé cet hôtel qui ne se trouve pas très loin de la place d'armes. Bien apprécié le patio où peut y boire un verre, fumer une cigarette ou discuter avec des clients de l'hôtel. Notre chambre au bout du patio et au premier étage était très calme. Les gens de la réception sont très sympa et n'hésitent pas à vous donner des conseils. Très bon petit déjeuner et copieux.

Hotel in struttura storica e deliziosamente curata, soprattutto nello scenografico cortile interno. Si trova a 7-8 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, in una zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. Ottimo e vario il buffet della colazione. Camera enorme e pulitissima. Servizio cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Gracias por el detalle de mi aniversario al personal de recepción ,las habitaciones acogedoras fui en Semana Santa el desayuno variado y rico la ubicación del hotel está muy cerca a la plaza de Arequipa el personal en general muy cordial ,la infraestructura colonial me encantó es muy tradicional de la zona todo muy limpio e impecable espero volver a visitarlos .Gracias

C'est un bel hôtel avec des patios fleuris, fontaines et les chambres autour. C'est très agréable et reposant. Notre chambre était un peu vieillote comme la salle de bain. J'ai mis moyen, car nous n'avons pas pû avoir de l'eau pour la toilette le matin, et nous n'étions pas les seuls : INADMISSIBLE. Petit déjeuner moyen également.

La habitación muy sucia, en la bañera había pelos, solo dejan 1 toalla por persona, mucho frío ya que las puertas tienen grietas de hasta un dedo de grosor por donde pasa aire, luz y lo peor el ruido, parece que la carretera estaba en la habitación. Ponen un montón de mantas pesadas que no dejan moverte, el desayuno bastante deficiente no había casi nada de comida. Ni de coña es un 3 estrellas, en españa la mayoría de los hostales están mejor. Para rematar la electricidad estática que no es normal, cada vez que tocábamos algo nos daba calambre!!
