Mais uma vez fico no Go Inn Aracaju e sem surpresas: O hotel econômico me atende muitíssimo bem. Atendimento cordial, apartamento limpo e com tudo funcionando perfeitamente, cafê da manhã bem servido e saboroso, além de toda a estrutura e áreas do hotel limpas e em perfeito funcionamento. O hotel se mantém como novo e com as praticidades de sempre. Estacionamento com entrada com cartão chave, passadoria, elevadores com acesso somente com cartão chave, etc. Deixo a sugestão apenas de melhorar a qualidade das toalhas. Meus agradecimentos a Carol e Ingrid da recepção que me atenderam com cordialidade e profissionalismo. Até a próxima!

The room is a little bit small, but is ok for one person to go for a trip , and when you wake up , you can see the sea and the beautiful version 😀, that is a great place to have a holiday

The hotel is simple. staff are educated and well-profited. The hotel has a good location. Room 323 is very simple and small, but the bed and the trams are good. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. My check in was on Friday and check out on Wednesday, the air conditioning was troubled on Saturday until the day I left. They asked me twice if I had an interest in change of room ...eu that I didn't want to do the change of room with things, but the hotel immediately gave me the solution. Breakfast is varied and everything is very fresh and tasteful negative point: The shower in room 323 is bad, the water is fine and spread ... very bad to take bath and wash hair.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it . 1st day a broken cabinet in the guard . 2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert [] 3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi 4th day the same thing 5th day without news 6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour 18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged . The hotel is inadmissible shirt near the fridgebar, and when I entered the room I was keeping my bag and found that shirt in the dressguard, and the fridge was just out of the cheap shirt, it was strange. The lamp also whispered like a short circuit of energy that ended a few times, the room ceiling with a mopho, I told the reception and exchanged the room, and the other was not working the air conditioning and was mopho. The fact that this large hotel network is not a reality, I could not imagine that it would happen, because cleaning is essential and one of the most important factors for the guest.

The hotel was very good, the top staff, very attentive. The hotel is very new and is located in a good location. I recommend.
