The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it . 1st day a broken cabinet in the guard . 2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert [] 3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi 4th day the same thing 5th day without news 6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour 18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged . The breakfast buffet is very well served with a fat of items. Super recommend this place because they also offer Dayuse. The restaurant also serves a fair price and a good gastronomy. The shower is very good, offers a good water heating system with a great volume of water. The air conditioning very well freeze the room and is super comfortable. There is only a remote control missing in it! The degree of sympathy of all staff impressed me, but Mr Gilberto was highlighted by his attention and carefulness in the care. The room we picked up deserves a little care in the maintenance. The box box was a certain difficulty to flow water, due to the excellent volume of shower water. The doors need a paint. The hotel has a bathroom with a bathroom and a bathroom with a bathroom with a bathroom. I hope to receive a upgrade to the beach at a next visit.

The hotel is inadmissible shirt near the fridgebar, and when I entered the room I was keeping my bag and found that shirt in the dressguard, and the fridge was just out of the cheap shirt, it was strange. The lamp also whispered like a short circuit of energy that ended a few times, the room ceiling with a mopho, I told the reception and exchanged the room, and the other was not working the air conditioning and was mopho. The fact that this large hotel network is not a reality, I could not imagine that it would happen, because cleaning is essential and one of the most important factors for the guest.

O atendimento na recepção foi tão grosseiro que ficamos assustadas. Imagine chegar de uma viagem longa e ser recebida com grosseria. A primeira impressão é a que fica. Quarto antigo e banheiro com cheiro ruim, água quente não funciona. Café da manhã é bom e funcionários ligados a ele são educados. Precisamos estender em um dia a viagem, o mesmo funcionário descortês da recepção deu o valor da diária bem mais alto do que encontrava-se em sites para a mesma data. fomos lá no dia seguinte, ja era outro funcionário, e o preço, pro mesmo quarto, caiu quase pela metade. Desorganização ou má-fé? Pedimos pra ficar umas horas após o checkout, informaram que o quarto estaria ocupado. MAS se pagássemos 67 reais (por três horas) o quarto estaria vazio. Mas o hotel não estava lotado? Enfim, em outras situações pagaríamos sem problemas, mas o má gerenciamento foi um desconvite.

The hotel is simple. staff are educated and well-profited. The hotel has a good location. Room 323 is very simple and small, but the bed and the trams are good. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. My check in was on Friday and check out on Wednesday, the air conditioning was troubled on Saturday until the day I left. They asked me twice if I had an interest in change of room ...eu that I didn't want to do the change of room with things, but the hotel immediately gave me the solution. Breakfast is varied and everything is very fresh and tasteful negative point: The shower in room 323 is bad, the water is fine and spread ... very bad to take bath and wash hair.

If you are so important to hosting when the destination, think about hosting in this hotel. Indeed the cost benefit is reasonable, based on the price, but pro value there are an infinity of hostels with better and more comfortable service. The bath is horrible and the toothing is a suffering for the salt water that comes out of the towers. I've been in other hotels in the city and that was not the reality. The room with a couple's bed (we ask that) was in fact a double single room with two gross beds. Basically we should stay one side because to worse the beds were different! One higher than the other. The breakfast may have been one of the worst I've ever experienced. Old cakes, few options and we were invited to take off with no education. So, if you want more than one bed to sleep, I recommend find another alternative. This is a establishment that offers only one simple hostel.

Vi a avaliação ruim do hotel, mas todas repetiam sobre a localização excelente. Entrei no IG do hotel e vi que estavam fazendo reformas, treinamentos para a equipe, as fotos eram boas, o quarto parecia legal e resolvemos dar um voto de confiança. Chegando no local a frente já impressiona pela falta de manutenção, está muito feia. Os quartos são precários, percebe-se que foi tudo muito planejado, mas não há manutenção faz tempo e tem aspecto sujo, velho, com cheiro de mofo, as lampadas estão queimadas, os lençóis muito desgastados (rasgados) e as toalhas chegam a ter furinhos de excesso de uso. A limpeza deixa a desejar com chão oleoso e outros detalhes que, somados ao aspecto velho e mal reformado, deixam um ambiente péssimo para estadia. Por fim, fiz o checkout faltando 2 dias para o término e fui para outro hotel; vale ressaltar que a recepcionista nem se deu ao trabalho de perguntar pq estávamos saindo antes do término ou oferecer reembolso, nada. De qualquer modo, a equipe é muito cordial e educada e realmente a localização é ótima, mas infelizmente não vale a estadia de maneira alguma.

First and foremost the people and the service were both great. Our room was sea-facing. Though our first room had a faulty air-conditioner, they fixed it once but it broke again and then we got another room. The people were extremely apologetic for the trouble, and we could not stay upset! The location is good, it takes about 40 minutes by Uber to reach the resort. Amenities are good, and you can get towels/sabonettes/shampoos- as much as you like. Food was good- breakfast not extremely good- but they make it up with the excellent deserts especially the Torta de Kitkat and Torta de Chocolate. The pool bar, beach bar both have a long opening hour and you can drink as much as you like. We do not drink alcohol, so we had agua de coco and juices. Oh! the chef makes great risotto. It is a children paradise. Every morning and evening they have programs for the children. Beach walk, pool dance, treasure hunts, disco, games, magic nights- it is a fun time for kids! There is a baby room where you can warm up baby food or clean the bottles. Live music every night- so fun for adults as well. Oh, they also have zumba and rhythmic dance classes for adults in the evening. The spa and massage is really good. Oh, and we loved the barrista at the lobby coffee corner. There are lots of Mikos (small monkeys). There are supposed to be Saruyes (opossums)- but we did not see any. There are some stray dogs and cats- which are apparently harmless. They have a tour group which provides city tour every morning. Over all experience is good, apart from the occasional hiccups. We definitely recommend with full 5 stars.

The hotel is inadmissible shirt near the fridgebar, and when I entered the room I was keeping my bag and found that shirt in the dressguard, and the fridge was just out of the cheap shirt, it was strange. The lamp also whispered like a short circuit of energy that ended a few times, the room ceiling with a mopho, I told the reception and exchanged the room, and the other was not working the air conditioning and was mopho. The fact that this large hotel network is not a reality, I could not imagine that it would happen, because cleaning is essential and one of the most important factors for the guest.

First and foremost the people and the service were both great. Our room was sea-facing. Though our first room had a faulty air-conditioner, they fixed it once but it broke again and then we got another room. The people were extremely apologetic for the trouble, and we could not stay upset! The location is good, it takes about 40 minutes by Uber to reach the resort. Amenities are good, and you can get towels/sabonettes/shampoos- as much as you like. Food was good- breakfast not extremely good- but they make it up with the excellent deserts especially the Torta de Kitkat and Torta de Chocolate. The pool bar, beach bar both have a long opening hour and you can drink as much as you like. We do not drink alcohol, so we had agua de coco and juices. Oh! the chef makes great risotto. It is a children paradise. Every morning and evening they have programs for the children. Beach walk, pool dance, treasure hunts, disco, games, magic nights- it is a fun time for kids! There is a baby room where you can warm up baby food or clean the bottles. Live music every night- so fun for adults as well. Oh, they also have zumba and rhythmic dance classes for adults in the evening. The spa and massage is really good. Oh, and we loved the barrista at the lobby coffee corner. There are lots of Mikos (small monkeys). There are supposed to be Saruyes (opossums)- but we did not see any. There are some stray dogs and cats- which are apparently harmless. They have a tour group which provides city tour every morning. Over all experience is good, apart from the occasional hiccups. We definitely recommend with full 5 stars.

The kitchen and cleaning staff are very careful, but the doorway receptionists are nothing pleasant except the night staff who is very careful, try to solve the problems. We're not having TV and internet for 3 days, no one has clarified what was happening and not solved the problem. The glasses of dirty apartments. There is no support for elderly people in the bathroom box. So I don't recommend staying in that hotel. There are several hotels on the Atalaja beach.

O atendimento na recepção foi tão grosseiro que ficamos assustadas. Imagine chegar de uma viagem longa e ser recebida com grosseria. A primeira impressão é a que fica. Quarto antigo e banheiro com cheiro ruim, água quente não funciona. Café da manhã é bom e funcionários ligados a ele são educados. Precisamos estender em um dia a viagem, o mesmo funcionário descortês da recepção deu o valor da diária bem mais alto do que encontrava-se em sites para a mesma data. fomos lá no dia seguinte, ja era outro funcionário, e o preço, pro mesmo quarto, caiu quase pela metade. Desorganização ou má-fé? Pedimos pra ficar umas horas após o checkout, informaram que o quarto estaria ocupado. MAS se pagássemos 67 reais (por três horas) o quarto estaria vazio. Mas o hotel não estava lotado? Enfim, em outras situações pagaríamos sem problemas, mas o má gerenciamento foi um desconvite.
