The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

The hotel is simple. staff are educated and well-profited. The hotel has a good location. Room 323 is very simple and small, but the bed and the trams are good. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. My check in was on Friday and check out on Wednesday, the air conditioning was troubled on Saturday until the day I left. They asked me twice if I had an interest in change of room ...eu that I didn't want to do the change of room with things, but the hotel immediately gave me the solution. Breakfast is varied and everything is very fresh and tasteful negative point: The shower in room 323 is bad, the water is fine and spread ... very bad to take bath and wash hair.

I chose Via Mar hotel for my trip to Aracaju for good assessment, location and the existence of a restaurant on the site. I knew the hotel would be a 3-star beach, and I was planning to take several walks, so I would only use the hotel for rest, but we had some problems, in fact the location is excellent and it gives to do everything on foot. The restaurant is not used, because it has many options on the edge, so if the reason for the choice is the existence of the restaurant, there is no need. The pool is not big, but it is very pleasant. And the heart of the hotel is very legal. The hotel has a lot of maintenance, starting with air conditioning, which is apparently swept, and it is frozen, but it takes a lot of time. We also had a problem of accessibility in the bathroom that they gave us and, because of that, the reception gave us 2 options: to take a bath in the bathroom (which I found the end), or to move to a room on the side of the pool. We changed, logically, the room was more or less, and it was not enough to sleep, but it was very short of maintenance. For example, the bathroom door was not closed, we stayed one week using the open-door bathroom because the maintenance was not there to fit up. I thought there were some tbm foot furniture missing to accommodate our things, but until we turned well. If you are a person without much freshness, it may be a good option for the benefit, but if you want some comfort and more relaxing options, I recommend you to look for another place to host. Despite the staff's sympathy reports, I found no little sympathetic (except one of the girls in the restaurant), I asked for a gentleman to leave the room at 12:15, which was strongly denied.
