The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden.
The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. The reception service was unpleasant. I certainly bought and paid a apartment off the sea and when checking in I was surprised to collect an extra amount of about $580,00 to release such apartment on the claim that the apartment released by TRIP.COM was in the bottom and not the Reserved and paid that was in front of the sea, surely.

Porém, melhorar no quesito ar condicionado e cobertor. Limpeza é de qualidade, mas tardia. Só limpam no período vespertino e qnd chegamos p descansar do passeio não realizada (ainda). Ótimo atendimento e café da manhã.

5th day without news
6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .

GGuest UserThe hotel was well located, but many things left to desire: repeated breakfast, some people from the reception poorly educated. I spent 5 days and I met all from the reception. Only Ruan, Mr Antônio, Anne, the hosting part, Raíssa camerinha and Alexandre of general services are saved, such as Raiane from the very poorly educated and humorous reception, one of the night's reception, even the thermal bottle of coffee hidden. Then most staff should go through recycling and learn to treat the guests well, after all, their pay is the guests.

It smells to wet fungi. Therefore we had to shorten from 2 days to 1 day. The money as promised at the reception is of course not there until today. So, here I'd like Airbnb and finger away from this hotel.

GGuest UserEles permitiram que eu fizesse o check-in antecipado, o quarto estava limpo, o Wi-fi e ar condicionado funcionavam bem e a localização era boa, embora eu ache Atalaia melhor. Esta pousada fica a uma quadra e meia da Praia dos Artistas e a uns 3 quarteirões da Feira do Turista.
O café da manhã é simples, mas bom, embora possa variar um pouco mais de um dia pro outro.
O quarto é simples, mas estava limpo. A única sugestão é trocarem a cama para uma que tenha os pés mais finos, pois toda hora eu batia a perna nos pés da cama, já que o corredor em frente a ela para passar de um lado para outro do quarto era estreito.
No resto, tudo certo e obrigada pelo serviço, por guardarem a minha mala e pelo check-in antecipado!

Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved.
The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much.
Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception.
I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well.
I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.
