O hotel é ok, mas não vale o valor da diária. Acho u absurdo cobrar 10% de taxa de serviço no bar e restaurante do hotel ,se já pagamos a taxa de serviço no ato da reserva.

Somos habitues deste hotel , ou melhor Fomos habitues . Nunca mais
1º dia Cabide quebrado no guarda roupa . Tampado vaso sanitário não parava aberto
2º dia Não acendiam as luzes principais do quarto - dois dias para concertar

3° dia frutas do café da manhã incomíveis - mamão duro e sem gosto , abacaxi muito ruim
4º dia a mesma coisa
5º dia sem novidades
6º Dia acabou a agua do hotel 14horas prometeram a volta em meia hora
18 horas ainda sem agua . Pedi a devolução de uma diária para mudar de hotel . O gerente que poderia autorizar se tornou incomunicável
Saí para jantar . Na volta\ por volta de 21 horas ainda sem agua . Apareceu o gerente dizendo que não poderia devolver a diária . Me ofereceu pa trocar por uma suite .
Troquei . Suite só com agua fria
7º dia Chuveiro da suite abria normalmente e quando começava a esquenta a agua desaparacia
Enfim um desastre completo . Férias estragadas
