The hotel was well located, but many things left to desire: repeated breakfast, some people from the reception poorly educated. I spent 5 days and I met all from the reception. The reception service was unpleasant. I certainly bought and paid a apartment off the sea and when checking in I was surprised to collect an extra amount of about $580,00 to release such apartment on the claim that the apartment released by TRIP.COM was in the bottom and not the Reserved and paid that was in front of the sea, surely.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!
