The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden. The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. Simply wonderful, super professional, educated and dedicated staff, excellent food, wonderful accommodation, congratulations super professional personal management, I have not as hotel and but as an annex to my residence, I have travelled a lot through Brazil and I speak safely the best hotel I have hosted. Uma grata surpresa ao escolher esse hotel, dos ambientes comuns bem decorados e amplos visando o conforto e receptivade dos hóspedes ao apartamento, embora pequeno, mobília bem distribuída, cama confortável, TV com boa variedade de canais, ducha quente, boa conexão do Wi-Fi, limpeza das camareiras satisfatória, black-out e antirruído ineficientes, mas que não atrapalhou nossa hospedagem, todos os funcionários sempre prestativos e educados, destaque para o café da manhã com ampla variedade de itens, as meninas são nota dez do preparo ao atendimento, onde serve o café também funciona um restaurante no período noturno, de igual forma cardápio variado e preços justos, por fim contam ainda com sauna, piscina e academia bem cuidados, localizado de forma privilegiada que proporciona fazer muitas coisas sem uso de veículo ou caso precise perto dos principais atrativos, para finalizar tem minha recomendação e o desejo de retornar futuramente.

I chose Via Mar hotel for my trip to Aracaju for good assessment, location and the existence of a restaurant on the site. I knew the hotel would be a 3-star beach, and I was planning to take several walks, so I would only use the hotel for rest, but we had some problems, in fact the location is excellent and it gives to do everything on foot. The restaurant is not used, because it has many options on the edge, so if the reason for the choice is the existence of the restaurant, there is no need. The pool is not big, but it is very pleasant. And the heart of the hotel is very legal. The hotel has a lot of maintenance, starting with air conditioning, which is apparently swept, and it is frozen, but it takes a lot of time. We also had a problem of accessibility in the bathroom that they gave us and, because of that, the reception gave us 2 options: to take a bath in the bathroom (which I found the end), or to move to a room on the side of the pool. We changed, logically, the room was more or less, and it was not enough to sleep, but it was very short of maintenance. For example, the bathroom door was not closed, we stayed one week using the open-door bathroom because the maintenance was not there to fit up. I thought there were some tbm foot furniture missing to accommodate our things, but until we turned well. If you are a person without much freshness, it may be a good option for the benefit, but if you want some comfort and more relaxing options, I recommend you to look for another place to host. Despite the staff's sympathy reports, I found no little sympathetic (except one of the girls in the restaurant), I asked for a gentleman to leave the room at 12:15, which was strongly denied. There was also a bitterness at the time of the change of room and at the check-in.
