Fantastic view from upper floor balcony. However, the room need lots of maintenance. Room carpets are extremely dirty.

Great location to stay as it is right opposite the beach. Hotel management need to update their contact number though as we couldn’t call with the current number to inform them of our late check in.

Fairly basic overall accommodation, but location was good.

The price is for the location. There is a nice view outside the balcony. However, the property could be cleaner. The dishes could be cleaned better. The microwave oven and the kettle need to be replaced. The Chinese guests will definitely have an easier stay because the hotel is managed by the Chinese speaking manager.

Perfect hotel right in the centre of Apollo Bay, walking distance to the bay and restaurants. We had a great sleep, has just been refurbished, and everything worked very well. We arrived late and there was no hassle at all the owner had left the key out for us. We would definitely stay here again!!

Positives: Great location close to beach and walking distance to cafes and shops. Room and bed linen are of acceptable cleanliness. Negatives: 1. Car parking is tight. 2. Service is well below acceptable due to the non-English speaking language barrier. 3. Bar fridge in room was broken and did not work. 4. Unable to open a window for fresh air. 5. Double bed was too hard. 6. Walls are too thin and could hear neighbouring hotel guests very clearly. They were not being loud and could even hear them snore, as if they were in my room. Overall, my hotel stay was unpleasant and will never use this hotel again. Previously stayed at two other neighbouring hotels which were much better.

The hotel has a yellow exterior wall and is opposite the gas station, so it is easy to find. The twin room is on the second floor, with a balcony to see the sea, a kettle, a bread machine, knives and forks, and a face towel, which is more in line with the needs of Chinese people. It is very convenient to walk to the restaurant, there are Chinese restaurants, Asian restaurants, Thai food, and supermarkets. The town is more expensive. It's a pity that I arrived late and didn't have ice cream! Some restaurants in the town close early, and dinner options are limited. Get up early to watch the sunrise at the beach, beautiful scenery! It's worth staying here for two days and enjoy it slowly!

The location is excellent, in the center of Apollo Bay, and it is only a 100-meter walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, which is very convenient. Free parking is available, and the owner speaks Chinese. The only problem this time was that I forgot to put a bath towel in the room on the first night, but fortunately I brought a face towel to use.
