Great location to stay as it is right opposite the beach. Hotel management need to update their contact number though as we couldn’t call with the current number to inform them of our late check in.

Positives: Great location close to beach and walking distance to cafes and shops. Room and bed linen are of acceptable cleanliness.
Negatives: 1. Car parking is tight.
2. Service is well below acceptable due to the non-English speaking language barrier.
3. Bar fridge in room was broken and did not work.
4. Unable to open a window for fresh air.
5. Double bed was too hard.
6. Walls are too thin and could hear neighbouring hotel guests very clearly. They were not being loud and could even hear them snore, as if they were in my room.
Overall, my hotel stay was unpleasant and will never use this hotel again. Previously stayed at two other neighbouring hotels which were much better.

Good hotel, got a room with a garden view. Wake up and run across the street for a long distance. It's a quiet city that's nice to live in. The houses are very luxurious. The hotels are very good. Parking is a bit limited.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator and microwave, and beautiful views. The gas station, Chinese restaurant, and town center are all within easy reach. If you are driving the Great Ocean Road and stop at Apollo Bay, it is highly recommended. The photos are all taken from the interior and exterior of the room.
