Our experience at Makati Diamond Residences was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, we were impressed. The **room was perfect**—spacious, clean, and the **beds were incredibly comfortable**, with **pillows so soft**, we didn’t want to get up! Truly restful.
We ordered **room service**, and wow—**the food was outstanding**. The **mushroom dish** and **shawarma beef sandwich** were both delicious, and the **salad was surprisingly fresh and flavorful**. So glad we stayed in to enjoy the in-room dining experience.
The only reason I’m giving **4/5 for the bathroom** is because it felt a bit average compared to the elegance of the rest of the suite. Still clean and functional, just not as impressive as the room itself. Overall, **an excellent stay**—we’d definitely come back!

AAnonymous UserThis is one of my favourite hotels in Manila! It’s situated in a great area where it’s easy to walk to places.
The staff a wonderful and polite, and the facilities are great! My sister and I used the pool every morning and there was a cheap laundry service that helped with our luggage. Breakfast is also great as everything is made fresh (no buffet!). I highly recommend staying here!

AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay here. The building is close to the major shopping areas yet is in a generally quiet area. The studio apartment was very cozy and had a nice comfortable bed. I found the front desk staff to be extremely courteous and obliging. The building is slightly old but they kept the room very clean. Decent gym and a nice pool though I prefer a bit more sunlight. Happy to recommend if you like to be near the centre of Makati

SSu ChuanAll good, the price is very good compared with others within the area . With such a good price not much can be complaints as it has a heater, fridge, fan, aircon although it might be a pretty old model but good to have. The locker is also available although I did not try it. The door lock is an old style key but many CCTV around everywhere hence nothing needed to worry about.
The wifi is available but the password really needs to be tried a few times as every floor and left and right have different. But it is functioning well.

GGuest UserThe photos online are far from what it looks like now, clearly older photos. Far from what I expected when I booked it for the price they charge. All the staff are absolutely amazing and were very polite, helpful and cheerful.
Iv stayed at much nice apartments in makati for less costs and much more cleaner and not outdated. Doors are falling apart, fire detector was handing from the ceiling, bathroom glass and tiles are not as clean and old and look nothing like the fresh modern photos on their advertising for the property, the kitchen bench top is very old and painted black and looks horrible, for the price I paid i expected higher standards.

HHersheyI booked a Deluxe Studio Room, and based from the description it has a kitchen and kitchenwear. Unfortunately, upon seeing the room there is not kitchen and kitchen wears just like it said on the description, we called the reception in the room and they said that this type of room has no kichen. Though they apologized, they said that there will be a room upgrade charge which sucks and disappointed since we had high expectations based from the description but overall the room is nice and clean and had the best view but sadlly no kitchen. WE ALSO HAD THE WORST CHECKOUT!!! upon checkout we clarified about the parking voucher so that the fees are waved since ascott shares the parking of Glorietta 4, the woman in the checkout counter said that the voucher given to us upon entry is already good,but upon exit at the parking the lady in the cashier said its not yet validaded and we caused traffic jam and spent 10minutes waiting which is very inconvinient and disapointing since we will travel 2 hours back to our home. Overall, i love this hotel because of the hospitality of the people and its best location located at the center of Makati's most popular malls. But this hotel needs improvement on ther front desk checkout service (for their misinformation) and sales and marketing (for their wrong description in the third party website)

CChris S.Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. I’m a smoker and very much appreciated the balcony and the ashtray they provided, since smoking in the surrounding area is strictly forbidden. Got to walk or drive into local areas where one can smoke cigarettes anywhere.
A joined restaurant at the premises offers a good selection to eat in or take it to your room. WiFi is also very good.
The only drawback was the ice cold pool, haha. I don’t know if it is just me, but one does expect a pool in the Philippines to be warm. It’s indoor, yes, and therefore no sun to heat it, but only cold water is continuously added. I was very much looking forward to a daily swim, but only got to use it once for a few minutes.
Overall, a good place to stay.

Loving the location since it is just a walking distance to best shopping center within the area. No need to use taxi. It os a good walking exercise as well. If you have ample time, you can pay for pwn breakfast upstair.
Paid our hotel with sr citizen discount . So cheap for good location.

But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I
Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .
