Holiday Apartments in Beijing

"So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment. The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived. . Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available. . The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment."

"The apartment we booked was a 2 bedroom unit on the 27th floor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a western style coffee machine and roasted beans. I needed some extra blankets and bedsheets for my family and they were sent to me quickly. Also, I wanted a late check-out as my train was in the afternoon. It was arranged quickly without any additional fees. Absolutely loved it and will stay here again when I visit Beijing next time!!!"

"Gud ambience, nice garden, quite location w/ many eatery just beside our building. Unit so comfortable w/ every day of cleaning service. Walk to subway around 5-10min cut thru parking area, exit G of subway more to line 12. Have morning market, sanyuanlu market about 1km, nice to walk w/ cooling weather"

"Traveling with my child, we stopped over in Beijing and planned to catch up with some friends. We unexpectedly found this gem of a hotel! The room itself boasts a charming tea room, which meant we didn't need to search for an additional venue for our get-together. SKP is literally right across the street. My kid independently arranged to meet friends for a movie in the CBD, and even had time to check out Beijing's biggest anime store in Wangfujing. Honestly, it couldn't have been more ideal! I'll certainly be back here on my next trip to Beijing! Hope the prices stay the same!"

"Clean and tidy. It has three rooms, perfect for accommodating a group in summer. With two bathrooms, one on each floor, it was very convenient at night. The smart room controls were a nice touch. There's a small living room and a dining area, making it super easy to order takeout. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely stay here again next time. Excellent value for money, and the host's service was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, it has a small kitchen, which was very handy for washing fruit."

"The appartment is okay, although not really true to the photos. Clean but much more degraded than it looks in the pictures. THERE IS NO KITCHEN and not even plates or forks, chopsticks, spoons, etc. The stovetop you can see in the photos has been removed and covered by a piece of countertop. I live in China and stayed in different accomodations in Beijing and in my opinion, there are much better options of hotels around Songjiazhuang, Temple of heaven etc."

But there were two incidents that were a bit jarring: First, before 7 o'clock in the morning, there were loud noises in the corridor. Someone was talking loudly and pressing the password lock. The sounds were very clear and I was a little scared. This sound insulation effect... Second, I placed an order one night in advance and booked a deluxe standard room for 705 yuan. On the day I checked in, I found that the deluxe king bed was 515 yuan. After checking out today, I checked the price and found that the deluxe standard room had also become 505 yuan... The merchant gave me It was said that it was a limited-time special offer. Although Ctrip tried its best to give some compensation, it is really difficult to say that this was a pleasant stay experience."

"I stayed for 4 days at Yuan Se Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and felt just like home, with a beautiful city view from the 27th floor. The location is great—surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. What made the stay truly special was the host. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to help. Thanks to his support, I even got the chance to attend a traditional musical performance at his main hotel in the old quarter—an unforgettable experience. "The hygiene was impeccable; the housekeeper was incredibly meticulous. The room was spotless – not a speck of dust or hair, even in the corners. The bathtub, toilet, and sink were all sparkling clean. The overall ambiance was clean, tidy, and had a sophisticated, upscale feel. Both the owner and the staff provided incredibly warm and responsive service, always willing to help, and they even offered complimentary luggage storage. The room was well-equipped with a projector, fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, and a bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. The mattress was very comfortable, and the all-white bedding was immaculately clean. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Sanlitun. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the fantastic location! It's just a 300-meter walk to Sanlitun North and 500 meters to Sanlitun South. The Workers' Stadium subway station is only 400 meters away. It's incredibly convenient if you're catching a game, as the Workers' Stadium itself is just a 500-meter walk."

"The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center, from the window you can see the tallest building in Beijing and the CCTV headquarters. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the metro station, convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and shopping stores around. The landlord is enthusiastic, responds immediately at any time, the directions to the apartment and the entrance to the apartment are clear and easy to find. The apartment actually looks larger than the photos, the furniture is new, the two bathrooms are clean and bright. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, washing machine, air conditioner all work well, there is also a drying rack. The building staff is polite, thoughtful, and enthusiastic."
