"✅ Hygiene: The environment is OK, very clean, there are disposable slippers and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel are gone, you have to go to the front desk)
✅ Price: 148 is still cheap for May Day stay, two bottles of mineral water in the house are free, and it is not far from Yanji.
✅ Surrounding: There is a night market and a morning market, and there is no problem with eating. It is very good to climb Erlong Mountain 100 meters from the door, and it is also very challenging to go back from the mountain.

SShana101Even tho we booked a windowless room, we were quite surprised how comfortable we were during our 3 nights stay here. The beds are super soft and the rooms are very spacious, comes with heater and a humidifier. The bathroom is the best with electrical hot water and a heating system. The furnitures are all very new and the place is generally quite clean
There’s free pick up and drop off services from the railway station to the hotel. As a foreigner it was still easy to contact them via trip.com internet call, and follow up via WeChat. Once at the hotel the location is great it’s within walking distance to the main food areas and 5mins walk to the bus stop (free bus!) that brings you to the Changbaishan North slope center. - remember to book your tickets in advance!
Overall will easily recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Changbaishan :)

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a charming classic style. Our room was spotless and fresh, and the facilities were excellent, especially the complimentary laundry and drying service. This was incredibly convenient for washing our hiking and hot spring clothes promptly – a fantastic perk! Our hotel butler contacted us a day beforehand to assist with itinerary planning. Even when butlers changed shifts, they consistently communicated this and proactively checked if we had any new requests. Upon departure, the butler even presented us with a small gift, thoughtfully expressing concern we might be disappointed if we hadn't been able to see Heaven Lake. The emotional value provided was incredible – we felt truly valued and cared for! We're already thinking of returning in winter!

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and had a pleasant, fresh smell. The pillows were too soft for my preference, but everything else was great. The hairdryer was pretty standard, but it worked fine. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff service was also very warm and welcoming. The slippers provided were incredibly comfortable – soft and thick. You can arrange for a pickup service from the station/airport directly with the hotel.

Ww-31comA fairly standard hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the main transport hub, so it's quiet but lacks vibrancy. There's an eatery not far behind the hotel that serves fantastic fish. The place was clean, and the breakfast selection was quite good. However, the room was small, the window view was obstructed, and the price wasn't low, leading to poor value for money. Downstairs, there are local specialty stores and a supermarket, making it convenient for basic shopping. For a proper shopping mall, you'll need to drive to the town center.

GGuest UserHope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot.
Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot.
My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

GGuest UserHotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so.

GGuest UserI originally booked a one-bedroom room, but the boss upgraded me to a two-bedroom room. I checked in late because I was out traveling. The hotel contacted me and asked me about my stay. A two-bedroom room with a large bed and two small beds. It is enough for a family of four. In summary, it is worth the money. Really. First of all, I was not charged. The breakfast is standard. It is also rich. Moreover, I personally feel that this boss is a person with taste. All the bath products have a harmonious taste.

The location of the B&B is very close to the rafting, and you can even see the rafting by opening the window in the room!
In addition to the very satisfactory rooms, the B&B also provides a high-speed rail station shuttle service. Just tell the owner the arrival and departure time and he will arrange a car. FFilippo051The hotel is in a perfect location to reach all the main attractions. The thermal area is very nice and wide, though it gets very busy during the evening and there are many kids running and screaming around for who there is a dedicated area but they are not delimited to it. I understand it is a place for families but it would be better if specific areas, for example hot pools (above 40 degrees) and saunas were off limits for kids.
The service staff doesn’t speak English but through specific devices and translation apps we were able to communicate.
I contacted the property months in advance via Trip.com to ask if they could support me in purchasing the tickets for the Tianchi Lake or find a way to reserve/book them for me since the online reservation website is in Chinese and accessible by locals only. When I got there they told me the tickets were sold out and they were not able to get them for me and didn’t even know if it was possible to purchase them at the location. I understand this matter may be out of their hands but I’d expect the best hotel in the area to have a direct contact with the ticket office and a priority line for its customers (especially foreigners considering the inaccessibility to the online reservation page)

The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season.
