I went to Tianchi with my girlfriend. Because we arrived late from Jilin Station, it was difficult to get a taxi at Jilin Station. We had to contact the B&B urgently. The boss in the B&B was very reliable. He helped us to book a car and waited for us until very late to check us in. We were lucky to see Tianchi the next day when we arrived at Changbai Mountain. It snowed when we left the hotel on Sunday and we couldn't get a taxi. When we chatted with the boss, he must have been busy and didn't stop working. But when he saw that we couldn't leave, he put down his work and sent us to the station first, so we didn't delay the journey. It was a very pleasant trip and a good accommodation experience.
