Lovely hotel, very well kept and maintained nearby Chang bai shan train station. Comfortable and clean. Stay was ok but service was par at best, they don’t have much experience dealing with foreigners. Also stingy with mineral water couldn’t spare a few more at front desk.

This hotel was okay, but I would not stay here again. Our room was covered in mold, and the smell of cigarettes and mold was overwhelming. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture as well. Additionally, our shower did not work. We also lost power our first night.
Location was good though, and staff was friendly.

I felt good about this hotel, so I stayed another night. The room was clean and tidy, with complete supplies. In particular, Shaoying at the front desk provided heartwarming service. She prepared slippers and children's toothbrushes for my child, and the child was happy and satisfied.
