It’s so dirty furniture and room. Lack of explanation for strange hotel policies.(resident registration) Why should I leave my passport at the hotel? I've never had this experience before. I don't want to recommend this hotel

Overall it was OK. We booked a package for unlimited hot spring bathing for 2 people for a family trip. We stayed for two nights. One adult brought two children. We needed to buy a separate children's ticket for 35 yuan. The price was cheap, but the hot spring was very small. There were 5 or 6 pools in a large room. But the service at the hot spring hotel was very good. The lady at the lobby was very welcoming. The hotel was also very close to the surrounding scenic spots, which was quite convenient.
