The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

The hotel environment is great. The restaurant is on the Erdaobai River and there are peacocks passing by at any time. However, breakfast is not served at the Xuanhe restaurant. There is no transparent glass under your feet to watch the river flow. The outdoor hot spring has a more famous iron pot stew, and the Snowman Legion at the door is also quite famous.

The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable. The snowman, alpaca and puppy are all very cute. The natural environment of ice and snow is also very comfortable. The facilities inside the room are quite satisfactory. It is recommended to add some intelligent control, such as electric curtains and lighting control. If there is a Bluetooth speaker, the experience should be better.

Except for the uncomfortable bed, everything else is satisfactory. It's a 5-minute walk from Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area, and it's very convenient to go up and down the mountain. Changbai Mountain is fun, I'll come again next time.

I stayed at Zhihe with my children in Beijing. It has always been my dream to bring my children to Changbai Mountain and live in Zhihe to see the ☃️ Army! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The service was very thoughtful, which made me feel like home, especially the housekeeper Wang Yan, who helped me solve various problems from beginning to end. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Next time I travel, I will choose here without hesitation, and I also recommend it to friends who have travel plans!

I took my children to Changbai Mountain for skiing on New Year's Day and stayed at the Zhihe Hotel in Erdaobaihe Town. First of all, the handsome Wang Yan who met us at the Changbai Mountain station was very punctual. After meeting us, he helped us carry our luggage and introduced us to the hotel and local food attractions on the way to the hotel. His professionalism and enthusiasm swept away the fatigue brought by the long journey. The room the hotel gave us was also very good, close to Erdaobaihe, and the window view was healing. The hotel breakfast was of high quality and the dining environment was very comfortable. The dinner at the hotel is very local, and it is recommended to taste it after checking in. The Snowman Legion, alpacas, and peacocks have added a lot of vitality and fun to the hotel. The children were very happy every day during their stay. All the staff were very polite, but it was a pity that I couldn't remember their names. Wang Yan was thoughtful as our housekeeper, which brought us peace of mind on this vacation. Looking forward to meeting Zhihe next time!
