The hotel is in a great location, close to many good restaurants. The hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, are a highlight—very relaxing and well-maintained. It’s also a family-friendly place, making it a great choice for those with kids. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it can get quite crowded and busy, which might be a downside for those who prefer a more relaxed morning. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent hot spring facilities!

The hotel room is good and clean but being woken up by the noises from travelers from the other rooms talking and shouting outside the walkway as early as 5am. The room is not sound proof. So if you are a light sleeper, you should reconsider when choosing this hotel.

Hotel hot spring area was fun for both kids and adults.
There were Many Chinese tourists buses and groups so in the lobby, breakfast, elevator and hot spring areas it was very noisy. And smelt cigarettes in the nonsmoking areas.
It was challenging for non Chinese speakers including reception.

Special reminder: Please book tickets on Changbaishan WeChat official account 7 days in advance. You can take the airport shuttle bus at the entrance of Jinshuihe Hotel to Changbaishan Airport (buy a ticket on the bus for 40 yuan per person). There are three flights a day (7:00, 9:30, 16:00).
